They were labeled as being in the seasonal section which I assumed was outside but it was not. I finally gave up and asked for help. I walked up to this poor girl two minutes before her replacement said she could go on break after helping me. Her device was not cooperating so it took longer and eventually got passed to another person who walked me over to find what I was looking for. We couldn't find it so he asked me to show him on my phone so he could pull it up on his device. Turns out it was up in the high racks because they were REALLY out of season. He was so nice though and said it would take about 10-15 minutes. I was in no hurry so I waited. I sat on the display patio seating and I guess he didn't see me but was asking around for me. I got up to go over and had a laugh about thinking he lost me or that I had left. Then 3 other customer service reps had asked me if I had help or needed help while I stood to wait. Note to self: stand around and someone will ask you if you need help I saw a guy lugging a 40lb bag down to the register and I was like oh man.. why didn't he get a cart because it looked heavy for him. He seems tired and handed it over and walked away. I checked out with another man and then carried it on my shoulder to my car. Luckily I didn't park too far. I guess it's a good thing I work out or else I'd be really disappointed no one offered to get me a cart or help.

Ben, Tony, Casper, and others are able to answer any question, on the phone and in person. The Benjamin Moore paints are great quality. In each room, we painted the ceiling, walls, and trim + baseboards. We didn't think the original ceilings were dark nor "dingy," but after seeing the new Benjamin Moore paint, we realized that they were dark and dingy... the Benjamin Moore ceiling paint is nice and bright and makes the room look SO MUCH BETTER! We also painted the walls and baseboards and trim. The baseboard and trim paint is amazing... it's "self-smoothing," which means that while you may see some light brush strokes on the surface shortly after you apply the paint, once you wake in the morning, the surfaces will be so nice and smooth, AND BRIGHT! ...just like the ceilings. When all surfaces are newly painted, you'll feel like you have a whole new house. Flanagan's has all the paint and painting supplies you need. Beyond paint, we also purchased... - an extension pole, which worked incredibly well... I didn't think it would save time compared to standing on the ladder, but I was MUCH quicker with the pole - so nice! - uncounted rollers - new roller so we could roll simultaneously - that little yellow thing to put on the top of the can so you don' have so much wasted paint when you pour from the can into the roller pan - inexpensive and worth every penny and then some - Krud Cutter - AMAZING for removing paint from the hard wood floors and for getting any grit and grime off any surfaces - stove, cabinets, countertops, and also the blinds THANK YOU, Flanagan's, for helping us make our house look so wonderfully nice! - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Dec., 2020 Review - - - Our daughter's wanted to paint her bedroom for a while and we were able to make the time to finally paint a couple weekends ago.
