Instead, it took two full weeks, and no one ever contacted me to let me know they were ready. When I finally went to pick them up, the price charged was higher than what I was originally quoted. The manager was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout the entire process. When I expressed my issue with being charged a different price than agreed upon, the manager told me they would no longer sharpen my blades in the future--to which I let him know I had no intention of ever returning anyway. Not only that, the lumber store that I came from was going to charge me $5 per cut for plywood that I wanted to cut into strips and I was told it would take an hour to cut the wood. At John Hall Lumber, I was greeted when I walked in and was asked if I could be helped. I was not given any additional charges for cutting the wood and the wood was cut in 10 to 15 minutes and they brought it out to my van and loaded it up for me. I was so relieved to find a place like this after the experience at the other lumber store.
