Save yourself the aggravation and do not use this company. I literally waited two weeks for a man name Fritz that never showed up. Very unprofessional. read more

Plumb Tech Services - Terrible company...I literally waited almost two weeks for this guy Fritz and the guy never showed. SMH - Plumbing Near Me - Phillipsburg, New Jersey

Never use this company. My Home Warranty selected them. They initially installed a water heater in my home under emergency circumstances but never completed the flue certification for me to get a permit. I spoke to them several times and even sent pictures they requested but the job was incomplete. They told me I had to pay over $350 for system upgrades - now I am not sure was necessary this was despite me having my Home Warranty. I eventually had to pay a local plumber additional money to complete the chimney certification. The Somerville Borough fined Plumbtech. read more

I highly recommend NOT utilizing their services based on the previous reviews and personal experience with an unprofessional employee out of their Batavia, OH location. Steer clear of this company! read more

Absolutely horrible service. Gave them a $1600 deposit and agreed to 2 week turnaround. (2 week contract). They never obtained the permits (required by law in NJ), started the work.... and 2 months later job was still not done. I fired them and they refuse to refund money. It is now 4 months later, I still have a rusty sanitary line, and am out $1,600 STAY AWAY !! read more

Why, oh why did I not read the reviews before having these guys come?! Used them to fix our AC through our home warranty. The guy stayed 20 nine, declared the unit shot and left. He assured me that the downstairs would still stay cool. It did not. He left us worse off. So here I am at 8.5 months pregnant with no AC. I am NOT happy. read more

The worst service I have ever encountered. No one answers the phone. You can leave messages and email them and they won't call you back. Nothing is an emergency to them. This is before, during and after you have used their services and paid them. They are completely unorganized and the service people are extremely rude. I only used them because of my American Home Shield Warranty. Then they wouldn't even respond to the warranty company and the company fired them. AWFUL!!! Run. read more

Do no use this company. They were assigned through my home warranty company to replace my furnace. They did not apply for permits with the township and reused old out of code parts. The duct and drainage modifications were sloppy. They did not identify that the drainage was incorrect for my unit, as a result, my neighbor downstairs had a flood from the water leaking beneath my new furnace. Now the company will not pick up the phone or take any service requests from my homeowner's insurance to make good on the repairs. Also, they only take payment by cash or check and I know why because I am sure many have disputed charges for bad work in the past. I am going to file a report with the Better Business Bureau against this company. read more

This is the worse company ever. I called them for a stoppage in my kitchen sink. Came to my house and cut my water pipes in two places and never sealed them back together. Left a total mess in my basement. Tracked dirt all over my house on my hard wood floors. I have not had a sink to use in over a week. This company will not return my calls and the technician will not answer my texts. Do not use this company. They can't fix anything thing but will destroy your property. I am reporting them to the consumer protection agency and reporting them to the better business bureau. read more

Still waiting after 3 weeks and 3 no show appointments for them to fix our tub . HORRIBLE!!!! never even a courtesy call saying they can not make it. Making me wish we used another Home insurance plan, Never seen such a mess of a company. read more

I would also agree with other posters, I had a recent bad experience when these guys got assigned to an issue via a home warranty company. Told me they had fixed our heating issue and in fact had just placed a very temporary band aid on it which could have had more serious consequences. As a result the issue is a lot bigger than they suggested and I'm massively out of pocket. These guys are cowboys. Avoid read more

DO NOT USE. This place and AHS (American Home Shield Warranty Company) have caused so many problems it's unbelievable. The company wanted only "cash in hand" to do the job and there were so many problems AND NO REQUIRED PERMIT FILED! American Home Shield says they "vet" and hire good contractors - NOT! stay away from both! read more

I don't know why their are so many bad reviews. I have used Plumb tech more than enough times and not once have I had a bad experience with them. They only called once to say they were late and would come late or reschedule.i rescheduled understanding the trade can be tough to stay on track. One job can hold you back for hours. They have a honest rate and I've never had to have them service the same problem twice. I will always go to Plumb tech and you should Too! read more

Horrible!! First the HMS the warranty company were a nightmare then they sent this company to do the AC installation and they were worst!! Never again!!!! read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Absolutely unprofessional. They were assigned to us through AHS home warranty. The first guy they send out to look at our heating system shows up in sweatpants, sweatshirt and sneakers. He has no paperwork, or identification to show he's with plumb tech. I almost didn't let him in. He has his hands in his pocket the entire time and doesn't actually inspect anything. I complained to AHS. They sent out another tech over a week later. Then we make an appointment with them to have the parts replaced. The window was 9a-12p they call at 1230 to let us no the tech isn't coming. FREAKING RIDICULOUS! We make another appointment for the next Monday and they call again to reschedule. They tried to upsell us to replace our whole heating system for 5k. We said no. The whole point of our home warranty is if it does completely break AHS will replace the whole system. So because Plumb tech wasn't making more money off us the kept jerking us around. STEAR CLEAR OF THEM. If they are assigned to you request another company! read more

Same story as the other reviewers here. Was assigned this company through my home warranty. The technician never showed up nor did they respond to my calls. Got a refund from the warranty. Don't use these people, hire real plumbers somewhere else. read more

This company is terrible. We had no heat. They sent 2 employees one knew less then the other. They couldn't even install a thermostat. They did not fix the problem. The next time they sent 3 employees. They made the problem worse. Then he tried to con me into buying a new heat pump $3500 when I have a warranty. I still had no heat 2 weeks later. Just kept getting the run around and they rarely answer the phone. When I spoke with Ally to see when they were coming back she told me not for 3 more weeks. They are incompetent, disrespectful, heartless (wanting to leave a family with young children without heat for 3 weeks in the beginning of winter) unreliable. Do yourself a favor and call another company. read more

They are the WORST!!!! The boss, Fitz, yelled at me saying the home warranty company did not approve the work. Everything was approved and they were given a copy of it. They made appointments and didn't show up. If I could give them zero stars I would. They cashed my $95 check immediately and refused to refund it. Horrible, rude, inept!!!! read more

////don't use these guys. When they were not busy they agreed to work for reduced rates. They got busy, and left everything half finished, never came back or returned calls. Avoid! Avoid! read more

I bought a new Rheem electric hot water heater it was installed on 8/30/16 it leak and it could not be fixed. Rheem sent a work order to Plumb Tech and a Tech came the same day and said the water heater was defective and he would have someone come out Tuesday 9/6/2016 and sure enough Trevor showed. he was friendly, quick and did not leave a mess and even went with my husband to Home Depot in Allentown, Pa to return the defective water heater, and brought back the new one and in no time Trevor had it installed. I give Plumb Tech Service and the Tech Trevor a A. read more

DO NOT use them! I found them through HMS Warranty (no good either) for a simple repair of my whirlpool tub. There was no access panel to my whirlpool so they said they would come back and install one for me OR I could install my own. I installed my own and they ghosted me! They took my $100 deposit. Avoided me for weeks and then said my claim was denied. Terrible terrible terrible. read more

I am usually not one to complain about service - but I am just beyond annoyed... They came 1 day to diagnose an issue and said they fixed it, when they didn't. Came back day 2 and diagnosed the issue. Made an appointment for a few days later - no show, no call. Left 2 voicemails, no call back. Had to call my home warranty service to get in touch with them again. Made an appointment (day 4) and they call at 5pm of my 3-5 window to say they can't come and rescheduled for today. Today (day 5) AGAIN NO SHOW... Definitely do not use this company. read more

This company should have its license revoked. Not only was their work shoddy, It is the most unreliable company I have ever dealt with in regards to showing up for scheduled appointments. Be forewarned, you are asking for a whole lot of aggravation dealing with this company. read more

Awful, doesn't show up, doesn't return calls. Don't waste your time waiting for these guys. They are completely unreliable!

I agree what with was written by others. I would never recommend this company or will I use them again. The person they sent was clueless - I can't even tell you how poor the experience was. We called almost every day after the visit because the person told us we would hear back in 2 days - we got a return call after we had already hired another plumber. Frankly, I am surprised there are not more negative reviews here. My advice - find anyone else, get a how to book and lose this company's number. If I could give a 0 star rating I would. read more

I would give these guys zero stars if possible. Tech was assigned by Lowes to install a range and a microwave. Was supposed to come out on Friday. Did not show up because they could not get their vehicle started. I was told they would come at 8:30 the next day. They didn't arrive till 9:30. They dragged dirt and mud throughout my house and. began to uninstall my microwave and range. They then told me because I was rude and demanding a discount that they were not going to do the install. They cancel an appointment which I took off work for, show up late the next day, drag dirt and mud throughout my house and I was the rude one? read more

Wow.. worst people to work with. Did not keep their appointment, very hard to catch them over the phone, they are just worst! No hot water for 3 weeks. I wish they run out of business so people like me never have to deal with them. read more
