Charcuterie board - the whipped feta was so good
    Amanda D.

We stopped here on our way to Mansfield for a quick food break. We each ordered a flight of wine as well as the charcuterie board and the fried pickles. First off, the space is super cute and our service was quick and attentive, without being overwhelming. The flights came out labeled and our server left us with a wine menu so we knew what the tasting notes were. For food - fried pickles spears are the superior fried pickle. These were delicious with the perfect amount of breading. The dip had a little bit to spice to it but it worked well. As far as the charcuterie, the whipped feta is still living rent free in my head. It was the best thing I ate. And we put that on EVERYTHING. Strawberries, cheese on cheese, bread, etc. It all got the whipped feta treatment. Once again, everything was good and several in our party purchased bottles to take home. Would definitely recommend.

The service was very slow, but they did acknowledge this, which was great. The food was decent. The selection of adult beverages was very good. It was definitely an upscale car atmosphere. Clean and not as noisy as you might think it would be.

Chicken and waffles from the Brunch Menu and the Buffalo Chicken and sweet potato fries from the regular menu.

Great Sunday afternoon Brunch spot! Hubby had the buffalo chicken sandwich and I had the chicken and waffles. Huge portions! Tasty and served hot! Quite a few items on the menu that intrigued us, so we will back in the future. Be warned parking is sparse in their attached lot, but Grove City has quite a few public parking lots across the street from the restaurant.

My friend and I went to Plum Run Winery on a whim on Friday night. The wineries in the back of Grove City Brewery which was a tad confusing but if you go into the restaurant, you just tell them what you want. we weren't sure what kind of food we would be receiving at this restaurant or winery but we sat anyway as we wanted a wine tasting The wine tasting is eight dollars for many tastings which is a great deal but I was not a huge fan of the wine itself. It is a cool experience but some of the wine which is not good or I have bad insights on the ones I ordered. Again, this is on my experience alone. The giant pretzel appetizer is a must have! They asked if we wanted it deep-fried and we were like we're not sure and she told us to get it. Our waitress was not wrong whatsoever. The pretzel was fantastic and I've never had a giant pretzel deep-fried. The cheese dip was great and I am not a big mustard person but I liked this one. For my entrée, I got the bruschetta flatbread which I was kind of disappointed by because of the thickness of the flatbread. I like my flatbread very thin and this was not it. The flatbread was not bad but it just was not what I was expecting I will definitely be back as I had a great experience but maybe will try the beer instead of the wine next time

I went to a special event at Plum Run - a tapas wine tasing dinner. Because I don't eat beef/pork, my friend called ahead and asked if they could accomodate - they agreed. After purchasing my ticket, I reached back out to confirm accomodations and there was not an issue. One the night of the event, I notified the staff that I was the no-red meat guest and everything was just great! Our tickets came with the wine tasting selections as well as 1 full glass of a wine from their menu. My friend got a glass from the pairing selections and I chose their blackberry. I didn't get a strong blackberry flavor, but the wine was semi-sweet and a very fruity blend, so it was quite nice. First course was shrimp and grits with pork belly (or no pork belly if you ask). This was one of the favorites - the grits were creamy but not too soft and the shrimp had a nice Cajun seasoning. Chili - I had their creamy tomato bisque for this course and it was delightful. Salad course - These were some serious salads with a very generous helping of mixed greens (like, main dish sized) and apples, cranberries, and pecans. They came out dressed, but they hit the dressing amount just right, so I didn't mind. Main - seared tuna with sesame seeds and quiona. This was the weakest of the courses. the tuna was overcooked and didn't have a sauce to augment the slighly dry fish. The sesame seed coating was interseting and had a nice flavor, but didn't really shine since the fish was rather dry. Dessert was a piece of chocolate to complement either the dessert apple wine or the port wine. I'll be honest here - I wanted more chocolate or a larger serving, but I love sweets, so, there is that. The owner had interesting and informative things to say as each wine was served, and then stepped away to let you enjoy your food and drink. The timing was pretty spot on - enough time to eat and drink each course, but no rush and not too much waiting. All guests were seated at a single large table in the winery. There were frequently refilled water carafes on the table as well, which was very much appreciated! After dinner, tours were offered, or you could enjoy additional glasses of wine. One of the staff came around and did bottle sales for take home at the table, which was also nice. I appreciated the accommodation for my dietary request very much. Overall, I enjoyed the event and will keep an eye out for future events.

I really really enjoyed this place. From the outdoor seating to the yummy food, this restaurant gets a solid 5 stars from me. We went for dinner on a warm evening, so we sat outside. It was nice because the umbrellas and bushes provided shade. I started off with the street tacos (10% off any appetizer when you check in on Yelp). Delicious! I skipped on the sriracha, but the tacos were still excellent without it. I was so hungry that I ate all three! I also got the grilled chicken club with a side of fries. I've never seen fries shaped the way they are here. It almost looks like they came out of a spiralizer. They were great! And the ketchup is made in-house. The tomato flavor is really pronounced, so I was a huge fan. The chicken was tender and seasoned well. Not to mention, the bread had the slightest hint of sweetness. Overall, an awesome sandwich. I had to take half of it home because I was so stuffed from the tacos. My boyfriend asked for a few items on the menu, which they were out of, but his backup choices were great! I'd love to come back and dine inside. I'd highly recommend this restaurant!

The weather was perfect for a relaxing meal out on their gorgeous patio. The wine is quality and the prices are amazing! During happy hour wine is $2 off per glass. The wines we choose came out to $4 a glass, wow that's a good deal. Plum Run Winery shares a space with Grove City Brewing Company which means you can sit on either side and order from both places. Loved the patio, the service was great and the wine was fantastic. I am definitely coming back to try more of their wines. Tried the Cabernet Franc and Scioto Red. Scioto Red was like drinking grape juice, and I really liked the cab franc although I don't typically go for reds or dry wines as much. I will definitely be back to try more wines.

What's good my Yelp family!!!! So check it out yo boy went to this hidden gem in grove city OHIO and man oh man oh man I was blown back by this spot. Great service great wine and amazing food. The restaurant and a relaxed atmosphere with so very contemporary decor the ambiance would remind you of being at jazz club listening to Somme smooth jazz music. This place was amazing i was absolutely surprised. So I may get in trouble for this from other places but by far the best buffalo chicken sandwich in town. Don't take my word for any of it take a weekend day and go enjoy this place for yourself!!! Let me know what you think you definitely won't be disappointed.

Needed lunch and thought about North High Street, but was not already mentally preparing to fight for parking like it's a Black Friday sale in 2003. Audible called. Swung into Grove City instead. Smart move. Possibly my best decision since I stopped trusting gas station hotdogs. After some extensive research (opened Yelp Columbus judged harshly, moved on), I had three requirements: 1. Not a cookie-cutter chain 2. Somewhere new 3. A menu that wouldn't trigger "I don't see anything I like" syndrome Enter: Broadway Plates & Pints 4008 Broadway, Grove City Grove City is that sweet spot... close enough to Columbus to feel alive, but still has that "people wave at you for no reason" energy. Parked on the street like a rookie, only to later discover there's parking behind everything. If you can't find a spot, just check the rear. Yes, I said it. Walked in, grabbed a seat. Smaller place, but in a good way. Elevated tables, bar seating, normal tables for us normal-ish folks. Big windows for prime people-watching. My dimpled sidekick even got a wave from a random passerby. #Friendly #ShesGotFans Then... plot twist... Cleveland Ketchup Company Ketchup sitting on the table. Didn't even know ketchup could have a hometown. #OH.. All-natural, Ohio-made, no junk. And yeah... it's actually really good. The Bald Bunch supports local, even if it's tomatoes living their best life. Check Cleveland Ketchup Company out. They have plenty of locally sourced condiment options. #supportlocal Server Emma B rolls up, keeps it simple. Water and a Michelob ULTRA for me. Because hydration matters... and so does survival. We were starving, so appetizer time: Fried Mozzarella Triangles Hot, crispy, did the job. Not life-changing, not disappointing. The Toyota Camry of appetizers. Reliable. Gets you where you need to go. Now the menu... solid lineup. Burgers, wings, calzones, sandwiches, enough options to make commitment issues flare up. I was bouncing between a calzone, Italian sub, or burger... Then I saw it... THE KRAKEN And listen... you don't order The Kraken. You summon it. This thing shows up like it just crawled out of the Atlantic looking for revenge: * THREE patties (because one or two is for amateurs) * Bacon * American cheese * Caramelized onions * Onion ring * Steak aioli * Brioche bun * AND a honey butter pretzel sitting on top like a crown Just in case was not already enough calories. This wasn't lunch. This was a full-contact event. Immediately ate the onion ring and honey butter pretzel solo like a savage. Then went to work. Multiple napkins required. Not first-date safe. Not job interview safe. Possibly not OSHA approved. But man... it was GOOD. Patties cooked right. Bacon had that perfect bite. Aioli and onions brought it all together like a greasy symphony. Left full... borderline questioning life choices... but zero regrets. Fries? Solid. Pretzel Topper? Sneaky good. Honestly might go back just for those. Service? Emma B crushed it. Drinks stayed filled, no disappearing act, no "I'll be right back" and then vanishing into another dimension. Now... let's talk price. $54.25 for lunch. Look... I get it. Everything costs more now. But I'm still gonna complain about it like it's my full-time job. Either prices come down or someone needs to give me a raise. Preferably both. And one more thing... Beer was cold. BUT NOT IN A FROSTED MUG. Unacceptable. Somewhere, Congress is wasting time when they could be solving real issues like this. Draft beer should never warm up mid-drink. That's just science. Final Rating: ‍‍‍‍ - 4 out of 5 Bald Heads Pros: * Parking (once you stop ignoring the back lot like I did) * Great people-watching windows * Filling, legit good food * Friendly, attentive staff Cons: * No frosted mugs (we can fix this, I believe in you) * Prices... but also, apparently I just complain now #OldMan If you're cruising through Grove City and want solid food, a relaxed vibe, and a burger that might require a waiver... this is your spot. And - order some Ohio Condiments at Cleveland Ketchup Company. #FreeShipping #SupportLocal #BaldApproved #ReleaseTheKraken

The food... the last few times I've had the brisket it has been very tender and full of flavor! This actually surprised me (see my previous review) and that's what made me order it four times in a row even though I normally like to switch it up. I tried the pastrami and it was pretty decent. It was thick cut and tender. Not as salty as I anticipated. I prefer the more fatty cuts but you can ask for lean or full cut. The pulled pork has been less dry than it used to be and I've ordered the Lolo's pulled pork a handful of times because of it. The slaw and swine wine are a good combo in my opinion. Half chicken is still good and even though it seems smaller lately it is still filling, plus I love Texas toast! My current favorite sides are now the corn pudding, the collard greens, and the mac. The green beans are also flavorful. I haven't had the ribs, turkey, sausage, or pulled chicken in a long time so I can't speak on those. All in all, I'm still very happy with this location.
