He suggested a different solution for running the wire from the pump to my house, which actually makes a lot more sense in the way it is now!!

I have read other reviews of this company from years ago and don't know what happened to this…read morebusiness but I would say, now, in 2018, "Don't use this company!" Brad was the sub hired by our builder and we have had many problems with the job he did for them as well as a side job he did for us. We asked Brad ourselves and through our builder to meet with us and fix the jobs but he refuses. He doesn't answer email or texts. We have had to hire other electricians who have found lots of short cuts that were taken. One job for outside landscape lighting has never worked. We think we have been reasonable and straightforward with Brad and we have paid him thousands of dollars for what turns out to be shoddy work. Look elsewhere.

I used Brad and his company a few times to do some telephone work and wiring for my insurance…read morebrokerage that i own and i am going to be using him again this coming month in April for my second business. He is very knowledgeable in his field and his prices where great. I am willing to pay good money to someone that is willing to make the time in an emergency even if he is booked solid. For example, had some issues with phone wiring that AT&T did, took my company off line for a few hours, meaning i am loosing money if my clients cant not reach me by phone, i called brad in a panic....... he said he was swamped that day but could be there the next day (which i understood he has other jobs and customers) all of a sudden, He showed up at my office close to 5 PM and starts to work and do what he can, then he came back the morning. I was impressed and he is worth every penny, so don't be cheap if you want good service, quick response and an over good family man that cares about his customers!

It's a pleasure to write this review for my favorite HVAC/boiler technician. His name is Gino B…read moreand he is with Ongaro & Sons. Gino is friendly, smart, thorough, professional and truly understands the technical ins and outs of heating systems -- and have a technically challenging hydronic boiler. Gino takes the time to explain the problem simply and clearly. I always understand what needs to be done and what it will cost. Gino is a pleasure to work with, and when he leaves, everything works perfectly. If you're looking for a superior HVAC Pro, Gino is your man.

He recommended we call an Electrician. I didn't know any so I headed for Yelp. I contacted two with good reviews and they discovered a scary arcing issue in the breaker box. We ended up hiring Ongaro & Sons and felt calmer the minute I called. Jeanne in the office was so professional and helpful. She set up a site visit right away. When Corbin arrived, his confidence, his abilities, and knowledge were impressive. He understood exactly what the cause was and the solution. Unfortunately, the remedy was a replacement panel $$$. We agreed. He knew about a recent change in PG&E's "Green Book" that would allow our panel to be installed in the original footprint but he explained that the new system would need to be grounded to water and gas. He immediately contacted PG&E and Town of Windsor to start permits and scheduling. Chad and Alex showed up on Monday morning at 7:30, ready to go. They professionally prepared the site for PG&E to turn off the power and then they got to work on removing all of the breakers and installing the new set of Eaton breakers. They used the crawl space under the house to run the grounding wiring and the work was completed by early afternoon. They left the site clean and did an excellent job of making a new wood frame for the panel. Alex showed us everything that he had done and it was an awesome sight to see after multiple days of worrying about the arcing issue turning into something very serious. Thank you Ongaro! Highly recommend!
