Brad was the sub hired by our builder and we have had many problems with the job he did for them as well as a side job he did for us. We asked Brad ourselves and through our builder to meet with us and fix the jobs but he refuses. He doesn't answer email or texts. We have had to hire other electricians who have found lots of short cuts that were taken. One job for outside landscape lighting has never worked.
