I appreciate the Nexgen technician, Anthony, that was sent out, that's why I gave 2 vs 1 star. After asking for a breakdown of the cost, labor and parts, they let me know that is atypical for invoices for the service. The price of the motor was only around $572.00, so I was questioning the labor costs. I'm not sure of the price for the contactor, but a Google search for a Goodman contractor is less than $100. They originally installed my new ac system in 06/2019. I've attached photos of my 2019 installation invoice and a pic of this new quote. Between new installation and this new service call I feel that I've had more service calls than you should within that time since it was a new system , but the main point I want to communicate is just to check before you spend too much $$$, even if you have the membership. As it is, I went with another company and that was a night vs day experience. Everything is up and running beautifully, and they saved me around $1,0000. I left a review for them today as well. P.S. If you have a new system installed don't forget to register with the manufacturer, my motor and contactor warranty would have been 10 yrs vs 5 yrs if I had done that so that's on me.

Absolutely saved the day! What we thought would be a relaxing Sunday, ended up being a plumbing…read morenightmare when we woke up and saw flooding in our backyard. The culprit, rickety old pvc pipe joint gave out. Immediately we sought out a great plumber to help us. Apparently, everyone else likes to relax on Sunday (I get it, me too lol) and told us they'd come "tomorrow". Uhh, at the rate of water coming out and us having to call the city to shut it off, not happening lol. We called Trinity Plumbing and they got someone out faster than we could blink. Alberto assessed the issue and gave us two very honest options with reasonable pricing. We went with the one we thought would be the best long term fix and he got to work. Within moments, he was done with the job. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. There is also a 90 day warranty on the work.
