The waitress you could tell was ready to get out of there for the night, but she tried with a smile (so "thumbs up" to her) Anyway, I will say the calzones and salads were as good as I remember them, but surprisingly I will say .. they're not as big as I remember? I just used to remember the calzones delivered to the office felt larger while these, as well packed as they are, didn't seem as big. But that's my _only_ complaint with any SOTS calzone, because they are stuffed to the 'rafters' with the contents and the salads look and feel about what i remember. (so no punishment for the 'feeling' of small.). Serving time was about 13 minutes, but that never bothers me much anymore, being a patient "old man". I got all the time in the world to savor the good things in life. And SOTS Calzone's _are_ one of those good things in life and while the "fonder" wasn't what I recall, this is still one of the best lunch / dinner stops for anyone in the area. And that's saying something, since I've got a few more Creve Coeur locations I have to start preparing a memory trip for!

You can pay via invoice and they support tax-exempt orders while makes admin background work much easier. All of this is great from an event organizer perspective. My favorite part is how the boxes are designed and packed. They look attractive and fancy as far as a boxed lunch goes, but are small and compact in case people need to take their lunch to go. I loved the spicy sauce that was used to make it hot chicken and somehow it didn't make the sandwich soggy at all. The slaw was more of a vinegar base, so it didn't weight it down with a heavy creamy flavor. Also the pickles were heavenly and I want to eat them on EVERYTHING. Moving onto the handcut, double fried fries. They were crispy and such a delight to see on a food truck, as far too often you get sad, pre-frozen fries. These were phenomenal and we ate every single one of them! You can practically taste the quality through the photos, they're everything and more than you'd imagine. The fries are what I would go back for since they were really the best part of the meal. The chicken sandwich was just okay for me. I think the flavor was lacking, but the chicken was moist and the breading was crunchy; I just wish it had a little more flavor. My husband had the Nashville hot chicken and said that it was just not as hot as he had hoped. This is a good option for a food truck and I would go back to order again in hopes that the flavor would be better next time!
