Was disappointed that the fine print had an asterisk and that tomatoes and catsup were OPTIONAL items I needed to request! (No, they didn't offer nor explain that). Only realized that after I'd unwrapped my sandwich to find out no tomatoes and no catsup and no way to connect with a worker without standing in line all over again! The mustard and mayo dressing was ok. Single meat patty was cooked fine. (double burger would have been $15.95 I think. Nope! Too pricey for me!) The Bun was toasted nicely and lettuce and pickles worked well. Didn't spot nor taste any onions that were supposed to be on the burger. Looked through pickup window and three workers sadly standing still in place with long line of paper orders just waiting for the one lone grill person to catch up with their orders. (I think the Mgr needs to add another grill worker from front to back to better move orders and speed up delivery times. Hint hint!). Waited about 30 minutes for our buzzer to buzz telling us we could pick up our order. (Was asked to keep the area clear by a not so friendly staffer so I moved even further back after waiting mostly patiently 25 minutes already.) I'd agree with others that say the price ($11.95 I think) for a burger, even a tasty one, is a bit steep, but they are fresh and don't have any real competition in the area. Parking lot was jammed on Sunday at 12:30 pm when we arrived. Could have left us with a better overall impression in service times but was still glad we stopped.
