The dentist office has everything I've ever looked for for my children. They are so comfortable here. The staff is so educated and experienced and work so well with children. I am so impressed the front desk receptionist is so helpful. She communicates so well she's very detail oriented and she's so accommodating and the office is amazing as well. Their customer service is unmatched and their attention to detail and just covering everything I am so excited for my children to finally get the proper dental care and education. The wonderful office staff accommodated me and my large number of children working around my work & my home schedule to find the perfect appointment and I'm just so grateful they met all of our needs. I really appreciated the follow up cause in constantly checking back in until everything was needed prior to the appointment. It really helped me stay organize and focus and to show up at an appointment having everything is such a stress, relief and I give credit to the office staff for being on top of everything and helping work with me and get it all together.

They were funny, lighthearted, efficient, and quick. And they sent my little on her way with a bag of goodies: toys, toothpaste, toothbrush, and stickers. We found our spot. I would NOT recommend. Dr. Wang talks down to her staff and is only nice to her patients. I…read moreoverheard her berating and speaking in such a disrespectful manner to a staff member and I knew I would not be returning. Do yourself a favor and don't patronize such a place. Also look at the "hidden" comments they are ALL from people of color who had bad experiences yet ALL of her good reviews are from ahem you get the picture. I do the same at restaurants and etc don't be kind to me and evil spirited to someone helping you as you have NO idea what someone is going through. It was enough for me to never return. Do better! Remember you need staff. Do better!

Where do I begin? I…read morefirst met the dental hygienist (blonde woman, short hair, in her 60s). I shared my concern about 1 veneer. She dismissed it, and told me I needed Invisalign to resolve my problem. Against I explained the history of the problem and that a previous dentist had addressed the issue effectively. She became noticeably irritated and argumentative, and raised her voice. I literally stopped talking. At one point she reached for my mouth and touched my lip with an ungloved hand. I asked her to not touch my mouth with ungloved hands. I did not engage with her any further as she cleaned my teeth. She proceeded to clean my teeth, and continued to talk about the issue I'd presented initially (in a slightly more calm manner). At one point she pulled down her mask to show me her Invisalign. I asked her to pull her mask back up as I was unmasked (basic COVID precaution). Once she was done cleaning my teeth I asked her if I could give her some feedback. She agreed. I said, "I trust your intent, but you have to think about impact as well when you interact with patients. When you're trying to communicate with and educate a patient, getting irritated and argumentative isn't going to make your patient hear you. I can't hear you when you're raising your voice, getting noticeably irritated, and arguing with me. She apologized. Also, you shouldn't touch a patient's mouth with ungloved hands." She turned away from me, clenched her jaw, and didn't say a word, again visibly upset. I communicated the same concerns to Dr. Wang at the front desk. Her first response was to say she hadn't seen her do that. Her second response was to ask what I do. I replied, I'm a nurse. Her response was, "Oh, so you're in the field." Why do you have to qualify my feedback with what I do for a living? A provider should care about my feedback because what happened is unacceptable and I'm your patient, not because I'm in the medical field. At no point did she say she'd speak with the employee and address the behavior. I'm incredibly disappointed in any medical establishment that doesn't hold employees accountable for their negative behavior, despite it's impact on patients. No one should be able to behave this way with impunity. I won't be returning. UPDATE: The info the dentist provided on the cost of fillings (said my insurance wouldn't cover them so is I'd have to pay 1000s), was not accurate. I just saw another dentist who assessed me and determined I needed far less dental work. Also, they informed me dental work would be covered at 80%, meaning I'd only have to pay a few $$$ out-of-pocket. Accurate info will save you 1000s, apparently. In response to my review, the front desk emailed me telling me they're sorry I'm frustrated. Really, that's what you got from my feedback? What I would've liked to hear is how she will address her employee's behavior. Anything else is just lip service.

From the moment you step through the door the receptionist, Anna, welcomed me with a big smile and offered me a tour of the facility. This was unexpected but I appreciated the level of transparency they want to share with their patients. Anna was also very helpful in gathering my records from a previous provider. I was taken care of in a timely manner and I really enjoyed how Pedro, the person performing my dental cleaning, was explaining every step of what he was doing and making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The doctor that came to see me after my cleaning was done was also very nice and attentive. The facility is neat and accessible. Plenty of paid parking all around the building. I truly recommend this place, so much so that I immediately booked an appointment for my husband.

I will definitely be recommending to Dr. Jung and this facility to family and friends. Thank you for a great experience!

What do you do when your 3 year old tells you two days in a row her tooth is hurting? You take her…read moreto see Dr. Pincock and his wonderful staff. We started to take her to our dentist but then remembered when our older kids were younger they went here and they were awesome with kids and had all the bells and whistles to keep them happy and somewhat distracted for a dental visit. We called the office and got an appointment the same day in the Rockville office, (they also have one in Germantown) and prayed for the best. Long story short, this was her first appointment ever, she had three, yes three cavities due to really groovy teeth that gummie vitamins did no justice to and so this would be no in and out exam. We were greeted at the front desk in the waiting area where there is plenty seating, some books and toys. I was handed paperwork to fill out through the tooth shaped cut out in the wall between the front desk and waiting area and then shortly after arriving we were called back to "the chair." The banana chair to be exact. My wee one was shown the chair, given some cool sunglasses to wear, and shown Mr. Thirsty, and the rest of the equipment that had appealingly appropriate names. The assistant did a wonderful job of answering all of her questions and making the equipment seem harmless and fun. And my daughter asked a lot of questions and she never lost patience with her. Dr. Pincock came in and examined her and was very kind and gentle as well and from start to finish while filling her first tooth, he walked her through it and she handled it like a boss. Many thanks to their skill and Mr. Happy Gas!! This was easily one of the best experiences any of my children have ever had at a dentist appointment and aside from a few moments of her being a little apprehensive, she did not leave traumatized. My six year old is now asking if he can go too. We finished up, she got a sticker and a bouncy ball, I made another appointment, and checked out and all was right in the my wee ones world. I'm so grateful that her experience was a good one and I highly recommend this office for children who aren't thrilled about the dentist. They knew exactly how to proceed and gently ease her into this new frontier she was crossing. Hoping her next appointment will be just as successful and she will stay brave and cooperate. 1st of 3 appointments...success!! P.S. This is not only for kids. They also had adult clients in there and I'm sure they are just as great with the adults. I know plenty of mature folks that just freak out at the dentist, hmmm maybe I should call them and tell them to give Dr. Pincock a try.
