This was unexpected but I appreciated the level of transparency they want to share with their patients. Anna was also very helpful in gathering my records from a previous provider. I was taken care of in a timely manner and I really enjoyed how Pedro, the person performing my dental cleaning, was explaining every step of what he was doing and making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. In the waiting room they have a lot of things to keep kids occupied while they wait for their appointment. My little girl had her first dentist appointment ever at this location and the staff was phenomenal, very friendly and informative. They made me and my little girl feel like royalty. When we got there we had to fill out some paperwork and called back almost immediately. They stay on schedule which is fantastic. As we were greeted by one of the assistant we were taken on a tour of the facility. I must say... I was impressed. They had a designated room for everything and they were color coordinated for the kids. We were taken into a room with a huge table in the middle and about 6 chairs for patients. At first I thought that was weird since dentist offices normally have a room for every patient. But after the appointment I think I like it this way better for a number of reasons. My little girl liked seeing other kids get their teeth cleaned without screaming. She saw she had nothing to be scared of but I can also see this being a problem.
