I usually come here for the deep dish pizzas exclusively, as they're quite filling and very flavourful. The brisket pizza is an all-timer, with very distinct and flavourful toppings that blend together perfectly. The wait times vary quite a bit, but as long as they're not packed, it's been quite average for what we've gotten.

My server asked how spicy I wanted it and I went safe and said mild ... well, it was really mild and kind of bland. The chicken was tender, though. I've never seen naan like this before and it was weird (I only ate half of one). The meal was just okay and I wouldn't get it again.

The wooden coasters are nice but they do chip on the sides if you touch them, so I'd advise not doing so. The big chalkboard with specials is a great way to advertise. I had the jackfruit and carrot wrap but was surprised by the amount of cauliflower in it. It wasn't exactly what I was expecting. The meal did come with a salad which should be on the menu because I almost ordered an appetizer to split with my coworker which would have been too much food.

Then, the Cajun chicken wrap this time. It was fine but I'm not rhapsodic about it or anything. The fourth star was for the Tower--it would have been three stars if I just had the wrap to go on. Carrot cake for afters was good, though. Duffelet, not in house, but a reliable name all the same, and the cake was fresh and yummy.

I ordered the Honey Ginger Chicken Sandwich, which was really tasty and made with homemade ingredients (I love the spicy pickles!). This is a great place to go for drinks!

The reservation booking process was very easy, we simply reserved our spot a few hours before we arrived on open table. The restaurant is quite intimate. It is a smaller space that is decorated nicely. For the entree I had the short rib gnocchi which was sooo amazing. I would come back just for the gnocchi alone. The meat was super tender and the gnocchi were soft and suited the dish well. Both cocktails that I had were great and they were only $9, which I found quite reasonable. The server has very attentive and checked in on our table an appropriate amount. I hope to come back here again if I am ever in Waterloo.
