Pleasure World is a pretty cool store... A bit more pricey than some of the same type of stores here in Atlanta.... But all and all they had a very nice selection of sex toys, and extenders (not that anyone needs all of that, just curious- no bedroom kandi sold here). They also have hookahs which is what I was mostly interested in. Very pretty young ladies that work at Pleasure World... They have costumes and dvds to meet all of your needs. They were soo rude! They wouldn't help me on any information and would not help me at all the white guy at the front looked like he wanted to cuss me out for asking a simple question then tried to over charge me. I called them to tell them that a product I purchased didn't work. I tried replacing the batteries that it came with and it still didn't work. All they told me was "sorry to hear that But we have a no exchange or return policy." Wow. I purchased a product that does not work and can't get another one. Haven't even had the chance to use it! So, I purchased something just to waste my money on it to not be able to use it. This was my first time coming to this store and it'll be my last time. Their customer service is poor as hell and sad as hell. Because they just told me there's nothing they can do. I understand that they're a sex store and can't replace items that are used or whatever but I JUST went there and purchased it and they won't replace it.
