Have you ever been around someone that just talks circles around you and half hears what you say…read more This is the experience here, they hear what they want, ignore what you say if it differs from what they say! If you say you like something that is an automatic you need that added to the bill that would be the house shoes. Then it came to the sneakers one pair of brooks was offered the laces were WAY too short and i felt like i was falling out the too of them because of the support and the insole they used it was too high in the shoe! Then came out a mans new balance oh my god I did nothing but complain about said shoe from the get go, it is TOO big said that several time and was met with it is a better shoe for me i need the bigger toe box. I have narrow feet I said I need support around my foot I can't have play room I am known for spraining my ankle and need tight shoes. No I need a bigger toe box (ignored) now I have a $200. Pair of shoes I despise that don't fit in talking to sales person who talked circles around me she don't remember me saying any of that, what difference does it make, when the register stops printing the receipt that is when you are told that you cannot get a refund. So I am stuck with a $2300. Bill for this crap. Yes I admit my feet felt better at the store because the pressure was taken off my heel and put in the arch of my foot redirecting the pain. Friday I went homesat with my feet up then went to bed. Saturday i wore arches as directed Sunday could not walk, Monday could not even stand putting shoes on (oh my crappy sketchers because new balance make me flap around like a duck) And in speaking with her today I have found out that my sketcher are also crap sneakers as well as the puma's I love. I don't recommend going here. Not unless you want this to occur!
