I went in for a concern of contact dermatitis after a bad reaction to aloe vera gel, since I've had contact dermatitis in the past, and when asked if I had any medical issues I've been diagnosed with, I stupidly told them I have a specific mental disorder that doesn't heavily impact my life now, and immediately the nurse practitioner became aggressive and dismissive of my concerns. I decided to refuse care since everything they wanted to do were things I can do at home for free, NP became more aggressive, and I wasn't the only one refusing care from him; I heard another patient saying they didn't want treatment from him and wanted to leave immediately. I wish I remembered the NP's name. He only upset me even more than I already was from the itchiness and pain I was experiencing. If you can go somewhere else, do so.

In March 2025, I fell off of a tree that collapsed onto my house and seriously injured my hip. I had a bulge sticking out of my hip about 6 inches and I could not put pressure on my left foot. The pain was horrible and my wife took me to this Emergency Room (as it was only 5 minutes from my house, very convenient). After multiple treatments for pain and xrays, the doctor told my wife and visiting church members that I either broke my hip or that my left leg came out of socket (due to the swelling and temporary disfigurement. Later, an MRI determined that I had a deep bone contusion. As we visited that Emergency Room in the past, paying no more than a Tricare covered co-pay, this hospital was always convenient - until I received a bill for $3,844.61. I informed Jack Hughston that I had both VA insurance and Tricare to cover the costs Jack Hughston then informed me that VA and Tricare covered their parts of the insurance and I still owed them $3,844.51. I informed my wife that, no matter how bad I am injured in the future, we will not go to this hospital (5 minutes from my home) ever again but, instead, drive to the Fort Benning Emergency Room (35 minutes away). We had seen your PA the last visit and she set up some test for Phyllis. Tuesday was supposed to be the appointment with Dr Goldman. We arrived a few minutes early and started our wait. No other patients were in the waiting area. After a half hour had passed my wife spoke to the receptionist and asked if we had been forgotten. She made a phone call and shortly we were escorted to Exam room 12 and a one of your staff took some vitals on Phyllis. It was observed that he O2 was low and I then went to our vehicle and got her concentrator. Our wait continued, with no other personal coming into the room. I could hear chatter and laughter from outside the room the whole time. We again waited for well over a half hour when we both decided it was time to leave. As we were leaving one of your employees seemed to note that and asked if we were leaving, I responded that yes, we were as it felt as no one there was interested in seeing my wife. She then ASKED IF WE WANTED TO RESCHEDULE to which I responded why would we want to do all the waiting all over again. We then left your office very discouraged with how my wife was treated as if it did no matter how long you wait to see a specialist, the impression is your time doesn't matter. However, to us every minute is important and wasting time sitting in a doctor's office with no contact with anyone is a true waste of our time, which to us it very important. I see that you and your staff do not share that. On closing I would have expected someone from your office to reach out to my wife. Also, overheard Hannah calling patients telling them to reschedule since Dr. Goldman was going to be in emergency surgery on Thursday (today is Tuesday). These doctors are a bunch of narcissist and control freaks, they take a Hippocratic oath that says do no harm, but they do no better in treating you. They pump you full of pills not getting to the bottom of what's causing your symptoms they just prescribe you more pills each time you come in. I suffer from PTSD and for 3 years they continued me on Xanax because I needed it and just recently they abruptly ended it so in my opinion and defense I questioned their actions and expressed that taking me off the medication after 20 years of taking it would have potentially life threatening consequence. Weeks later they claimed in a letter that I never received they were discharging me from their care. Thumbs down the worst physicians don't go!!
