I dropped off my new patient paperwork in person on May 9th and still can't get an appointment as of today June 2nd 2025. I have called several times and the only answer I get is they have not looked at my paperwork. How long does it take to look at 2 sheets of paper and set an appointment? Meanwhile I have a softball size mass in my left breast and have explained this to the person who answered the phone and can't get an appointment. I can't go see anyone else or even get a mammogram without a referral from my PCM.

There were 2 cars n the parking lot, One person in the waiting room ahead of me and still TWO HOURS. I asked the nurse how much longer and was told they only have one provider. I guess she is having to Google the symptoms because TWO HOURS to see THREE patients. The emergency room has to be faster.

The care quality is average. Could've been told the same thing in half of the time it took here some where else. The people are nice but it just takes AGES! my wait time in line was about 2 hrs, and it's been almost another hour since i've been sent to the back.

This one will see children under 2 which is very rare for an urgent care, HOWEVER it has consistently been the worst experience of my life so far. After waiting for 4 hours with two sick children I found the physician abrasive and insulted every time I tried to inquire about anything. If I offered other advice (IE: my child only has one kidney and so I have to be careful what medications he is prescribed) the doctor seemed offended that I was questioning him. Both times he has prescribed the wrong dosages for medications and I cleared this both times with my pediatrician over the phone and he said he had given them way to much of one thing and then also a steroid which is not good for young babies to take. Be advised do not take young children here, it has been a terrible experience both times.

Now that almost all interaction is through an app, it's ever more nerve-wracking. I'll message to book and appointment, including times and dates I'm available, which dr I want to see (my reg was Gauthier, but he's recently mostly retired -- I'm am sad, he was the best) Dr G was the best doctor I've ever had. He listens, sits next me to have a normal human conversation, and he explains things in easily digestible. On top of all that, he's the kindest man in the world. I've been lucky to catch him on his fill-in days, so that's always a pleasant surprise!
