Beware of Dishonest Business Practices My elderly parents went here to get custom orthotics for my nephew, who has foot issues. They paid half upfront and waited over two weeks, constantly being told "the guy was out." When they were finally able to get the inserts made and paid the remaining balance, what they received was shocking -- cheap, generic insoles you can buy on Amazon for under $20, not true custom orthotics. It feels like a complete scam. I'm not even sure this new owner is licensed to do orthotics. My family used this business years ago under the previous owner, Harvey, who was amazing and truly cared about his patients.
