From the time you arrived you are received by a kind and helpful receptionist who checks you in. Then maybe five or ten minutes later you are brought in to take your vitals and then taken to the room where you will be seen by your doctor. If you are lucky like I was, you'll be seen by the RN-P Alysia Jenkins who is GREAT, I mean it. She is such a kind and caring soul who really is doing what she should be doing...she was meant to do this. Normally for first-time visits they have it scheduled as a 45 minute visit and 30 minutes for any following visit required but Ms. Jenkins will take her time with you and make sure that she has heard/address any and every concern you have. She is not shy to refer you to any other doctor who you want to see, need to see, or she thinks you should see. Both times that she has seen me, she has spent well over 50 minutes with me and has done nothing short of helping me in making me feel better. I have to say that I am so happy to have someone as good and caring as her in the medical field, she is a great example of what every doctor/nurse should be like. If you are lucky enough to need bloodwork done, they have an in-house phlebotomist, Ms. Love, that is pure love and gentleness. Usually I'm afraid of getting bloodwork done because I always end up with a big hematoma, however, Ms. Love did such an amazing job that I didn't even feel the needle going in and a day later you wouldn't even know where the needle went in. Overall, everyone I've encountered here have been a blessing. I am extremely happy with the services I've received. I hope I don't have to come here often, but if I do, I know that I'll be confident I'm going somewhere where they will definitely make me feel better.
