He was dismissive of these concerns. The office was supposed to schedule a follow up the next week. When they didn't I went in that following Monday to schedule an appointment. I was also experiencing severe anxiety from the steroid withdrawal at the time. They couldn't see me until Thursday at 8:00 am so I had to go to the emergency room for treatment. Thank goodness the hospital staff weren't as incompetent or apathetic as Vance's office is. When I showed up for my appointment on Thursday morning they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. I told them that I would never be back and stormed out. One of the nurses followed me out to my car to give me a piece of her mind or some kind of ridiculous excuse and she assured me that the staff are all inexperienced students. No kidding? I was too irate to even respond all while having a panic attack and I just wanted to leave but I felt like she was trying to hold me there like I had done something wrong. Eventually she stepped away from my vehicle and allowed me to leave. I'm very upset by the level of incompetence and apathy from this doctor's office.
