They insisted on getting 80% of the fees, despite it being covered by insurance. They said not to worry because if they get paid, they will refund the money. They got paid 100% from the insurance companies yet they never offered a refund. They never called as promised and are not returning phone calls. I will be sure to tell the referring dentist that he should not be referring patients here, unless they change their business practices to industry standard ones.

The numbing gel used made it to where I didn't feel it at all when they numbed the area, the procedure was completely painless throughout and I only needed to take a over the counter pain medication on the day of. Next day, I had some slight jaw discomfort from having my mouth open throughout the procedure (to be expected- & don't worry you don't have to hold it the whole time- they give you something to bite on to keep your mouth wide enough), but didn't need any additional pain medication. As someone who works Monday through Friday, their schedule is a huge plus. They open as early as 7:30 AM, they're even open during my lunch hour at 12 PM, and they offer one Saturday each month, which makes getting care so much easier and less stressful. I have pretty significant dental anxiety, so going to the dentist is never easy for me. From the moment I walked in, though, I felt understood instead of judged. The first visit focused on X-rays and high-tech photos, and everything felt very thorough and thoughtful -- like they genuinely care about the health of your teeth rather than just rushing you through.
