Then, I go to check out and the light is on for the check out aisle. Right when I get in the line and stop, the lady puts up her sign and closes. Looks straight me and does it. Seriously? What crappy service. Enjoy your break, lazy pants!! And when I mentioned how that was truly bad cudtomer service to another "Publix associate," she just looks at and walks off! Seriously!!!!! I've worked in customer service over 20 years but wow. Just wow. I'm flabbergasted and the sh*ttastic service and inventory. I used to come here a couple of times a week for things but no anymore. Super disappointing!!!

I am certain that some of the junky feeling was due to the holidays, etc. I learned about the option to text the word paper to receive exclusive savings on paper products. This place had absolutely horrible service. Got there at 10:50 at night. The clerk was standing…read moreoutside of the bathroom smoking, with the bathroom door even open. She walked back around inside when she saw us pull up, and the bathroom was locked. So I went inside and literally begged the lady to unlock the bathroom so that we could use it, because the bathroom has apparently closed at 9 (weird when she was using it when we literally pulled up). We have been driving for four hours and still had another two to go. Tried the shell across the street and their bathroom was out of service. So this was one of the last places we could go to (and are now literally in pain trying to find another bathroom). I told her all this and she very rudely said okay and walked around to go unlock the bathroom. She puts the key in, jiggles it, and then walks away. I pull the door and it is still locked. We just left then because there was no getting anywhere with that situation. So, please patron somewhere else because that was just a rude, terrible experience, considering we even topped off our tank there to be nice and not just use the bathroom. I can understand not having the bathroom open because of sanitation reasons, but to pretend to unlock the door was just beyond unbelievable, especially considering that I had not been rude, or demanding, really just pleading. So go to the racetrac instead, it's just a little ways over and probably much cleaner than Murphy bathroom anyways.

As usual, prices are high, you can save if you are in the rewards program, but you'll need a degree to figure out how to spend the rewards. They are pretty good at getting you to buy a bunch of stuff that you probably didn't need, so that you can spend reward $$. Typical stock on hand as all other locations. Probably a little better kept than their competition, with regards to not having boxes lying around. Shelves are pretty well stocked as well. Didn't make a purchase so I didn't have any interaction with the staff, so can't comment on how friendly they are. They should, however, be greeting people and offering to help when you come in. If I was in the area and needed something I'd probably return, but wouldn't come out of my way to shop here.
