We didn't want to scare her to death! We got some of the black cat super snappers and then some sparklers. She absolutely loved both of them, and I have to give a HUGE shoutout to the staff here. We will definitely be coming back here to get fireworks from them next time.

During last week's severe storm, the power went out while I was checking out with two bottles of paint glazing medium, and everyone had to leave their purchases behind. When I came back to purchase them the next day , the items couldn't be found and there had been the only two bottles left. , Desiree went above and beyond searching the store for them, apologizing, and genuinely trying to help me find them. We knew they had probably been put back in the wrong place. A couple of days later, she personally called me to let me know they had found them and were holding them for me. In a world where good customer service can be very hard to find, the employees at Ollie's on Greensprings truly stands out. Thank you for caring enough to follow through. I'll definitely keep shopping at Ollie's!

A lot of items are actually more than $5 now so keep that in mind. I don't like that there aren't prices on many items so you have to ask a worker for a price check. Don't trust that it's going to be $5 or below because, well, that's just not what's going on here anymore. Some items are $8, some are $10, even $25. There are tshirts, cell phone chargers and covers, beauty products, birthday cards, headphones, speakers, books, Christmas bags and wrapping, exercise stuff, candy, chips, drinks....sooooo much stuff! If you have the time (and patience), go visit the store. Everything is organized well and that I can really appreciate. You are bound to find something (or a lot of somethings) to buy. What I have come to find is that if you want something there, you have to go ahead and grab it. The next time you go back, it may not be there. I have been several trips and I found some juice that I really liked. The next time I went back, I got another one. I should have grabbed tons of it, because it was eventually gone and has not returned. So I would definitely suggest you buy some items in bulk. The type of juice that I purchased is normally $5.00 higher at other stores. So I should have gotten more. I have noticed that this is the trend with many of their products. I have been able to find great deals there on Kcups for my coffeemaker. It is priced much cheaper and they always have a different variety. I am also in love with their rug selection. We purchased rugs there for our home and have been absolutely pleased. They also sell food, clothes, and other home items. I would encourage anyone to visit. The customer service is also top notch at this location with all of their employees lending a helping hand. They take precautions seriously too and have markers to maintain social distancing. Plus, they have Ollie's Army where you can join for free to get rewards. I save my coupons for Customer Appreciation and am able to save a lot. I really enjoy visiting and I'm glad that they finally got a location close by home.
