I live in Manila. When i had wired PLDT internet before 5G, it was reliable with less than half a day of loss of service at a time in the 5yrs I had until Feb2021. When I moved just one floor up, it took them a month to transfer. In 5G since Mar2021, I had LOS almost every quarter. I would report via dm on Twitter if the LOS exceeded an hour. But the worst of all was on Sept02 2022, my connection was down for 21 days. I had many interactions via DM but I realized that one had to copy iamMVP on Twitter to get attention. The stress doesn't stop after the 21days' restoration but on the claim for bill adjustment. You think that should be automatic, NO! I had to call their hotline to close the open tickets to trigger bill adjustment. WHAAAT? The 21days of LOS was not enough rebate to pay for the stress, loss of work opportunities (I work from home) and the time I had to wait trying to report and get hold of someone to help me.
