Well folks, it's 1000 percent NOT, and I'm glad I was able to add this immense Piece Of Shit business to Yelp‼ I added to Yelp with my personal review in an effort to SCREAM Loudly to fellow travelers, and perspective local customers that require cell & data here in the Philippines. I went to my local mall here located in the AYALA Center Cebu to purchase cell service and a data package. The lady who waiting on me initially was very kind and able to configure my iPhone 14 Pro Max and test it with no problems. The very next day after making three successful local telephone calls utilizing smart Cellular services my calls and data came to an abrupt end. Well, after performing all the basic troubleshooting cell phone bullshit myself, I immediately contacted the most useless Smart telecommunications customer service representative. This brainless idiot wasn't able to help me even in the slightest.‼ I was simply informed, or shall I say, ignored, and brushed off on my first call for help. it got much worse when the not so Smart telecommunications support staff informed that it would be 120 hours before a technician person from Smart to troubleshoot my problem‼‼ WTF are these representatives of Smart Telecommunications Inc. even thinking telling existing customers that it's going to take them 120 hours to fix the problem? My second call back to Smart Telecommunications Inc. Support-Less Staff was just as fruitless as my first, even me asking to speak to a Supervisor, which they resisted to do when I asked to speak to one At this point of my experience, I negan looking for a sharp objects that could potentially be used to jab the jackass on the other side of the line directly in the eyeballs and esophagus repeatedly ‼‼ Like multiple times, and that's no exaggeration‼‼ Every Smart Representative that I contacted was completely useless in all capacities trying to expedite and solve my problem. That's why I think that most people regard Sun as the perfect "family plan" network - I know lots of families (particularly Chinoy familiies) that have family-wide network plans because it's the most affordable way to communicate with each other. Even Sun prepaid has extremely cheap promos, most of which average around 10 pesos cheaper than their counterparts from other networks. The only thing for me that's a downside when it comes to Sun is that the signals are a little weaker. Normally, when you go down a basement or it's raining, Sun phones are, from experience, the first ones to lose signals. Sun also has pretty bad 3G and mobile data services - their connections are generally pretty slow so it's not that worth it to get a data plan from them. However, if your main phone use is calling and texting, especially to other Sun people, it's perfect.

Burn and Jhoy is my go-to for several reasons: They have a fixed store in the Theatre Mall. No moving around. They have long-term clients to consider in their service. There are at least 4 long-term technicians there. They each have their own specialty. Software for computers. iOS device hardware. Android-based hardware. So on and so forth. There are less middle men. After enough visits to fix my various devices, I noticed that tech repairmen from the Tiangge area would go to Burn and Jhoy when they needed to outsource a repair. If this is where the Tiangge repairmen go to have work done, Burn and Jhoy should know what they are doing service-wise and it is DEFINITELY cheaper than what the stalls are quoting for costs. Through two macbooks, three iPhones, and two iPads, I've always returned a satisfied customer.
