Yes, there are a LOT of iPhone, Laptop, Gadget repair options at Greenhills. You can get lost and…read moredistracted in the rows of eager tech repairmen ready to assist you in the Tiangge area. Burn and Jhoy is my go-to for several reasons: They have a fixed store in the Theatre Mall. No moving around. They have long-term clients to consider in their service. There are at least 4 long-term technicians there. They each have their own specialty. Software for computers. iOS device hardware. Android-based hardware. So on and so forth. There are less middle men. After enough visits to fix my various devices, I noticed that tech repairmen from the Tiangge area would go to Burn and Jhoy when they needed to outsource a repair. If this is where the Tiangge repairmen go to have work done, Burn and Jhoy should know what they are doing service-wise and it is DEFINITELY cheaper than what the stalls are quoting for costs. Through two macbooks, three iPhones, and two iPads, I've always returned a satisfied customer.

On June 10, 2026, they sold a replacement battery to my 13-year-old daughter. Then on July 3(less…read morethan 1 month from purchase), the battery had already swollen(ballooned). A swollen lithium battery is not just defective--it is a serious safety hazard that can overheat or even catch fire. My daughter returned to the shop with the original receipt and politely requested a replacement. Despite having proof of purchase and despite the battery failing in less than a month, the shop refused to replace it, claiming that it was not covered by their warranty. As a consumer and as a father, I find this totally unacceptable. Under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394), consumers are entitled to protection against unsafe and defective products and to fair and honest business practices. A replacement battery that becomes dangerously swollen in less than a month of ordinary use cannot reasonably be considered a product of acceptable quality. What is even more disappointing is that they refused to assist a 13-year-old customer who simply wanted a defective product replaced. Standing behind the products you sell is one of the most basic responsibilities of any business. I hope the management reconsiders its position and honors legitimate warranty claims instead of denying responsibility when a product fails prematurely. Until then, I cannot recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable products and trustworthy after-sales service.

Globe Telecom - Use Glorietta's free wi-fi while waiting

This new location is very organized, but get ready to wait for a very long time. There is a priority line for seniors and those with a disability. Despite the priority line, I'm accustomed to waiting for at least one hour in order to be seen by a customer service representative. I canceled my postpaid mobile plan, because the price kept getting higher. Even though I went from postpaid to pre-paid, I was still billed for a postpaid account. Unfortunately, I could not dispute the charge with my bank, I was told that I needed to speak to Globe. What? I already canceled my postpaid plan. Why do I need to talk to Globe again? Now I understand all the 1 and 2 star reviews! I am being double billed? I was told that I would receive a final bill, instead I received a thank for my payment email. In other words, they'll continue billing me? I paid for my pre-paid service, and I also paid for a postpaid account with the same telephone number. After speaking to a Globe representative today, I was told that I will no longer be billed for a postpaid account. I guess I'll just have to wait and see next month.

Unmitigated trash. Wife and I signed up in January. EVERY night, from ~5pm-11, start time varies…read more our internet becomes near unusable. Games and websites are just loading loading loading. So far, they have 1. replaced our modem. didn't work 2. said it was because the ethernet hub I use was unbalanced so they swapped the cords around. didn't work. 3. Then they said it was BECAUSE I was using an ethernet hub. plugged everything into the modem. still didn't work 4. said it was because we were using the internet too much and it was "getting tired". Not the words they used, but that's the guys of it. 5. said it was because wife was using a VPN (I am not. and i have problems too) 6. each tech they sent over came with a new modem, completely oblivious that a tech with a new modem had already been sent and it didn't fix the problem. 7. said it was because we weren't using cat 6 ethernet cables. So I went and bought some. Didn't fix the problem. so with all this, and the agents either hanging up on my wife or just having an overall sh!tty attitude because how DARE we want our problem to be fixed and the constant blaming our hardware for the problem...We never had this problem with Sky Cable or Converge. Same computers. I spent 2 hours last night with an IT/networking tech with about 37 years pinging and tracerouting all the IPs listed. The problem is on their end. They probably STILL won't admit it or do anything to fix it even with the data I have showing that they are losing packets galore. For IPs within the country (pinged and tracerted an IP in Quezon city. lost a RIDICULOUS amount of the packets). We've been trying to get them to fix this for around 2 months. yeah no. I DO NOT recommend PLDT. You'd be better off with a hamster and a treadmill powering your internet.
