I've heard mixed reviews about BayanDSL. Some are like me who are satisfied, but some are very dissatisfied and always complain about how extremely slow their connection always is. I think it depends on the area. In my area, most of my neighbors use PLDT and maybe that's why my network isn't very congested. Overall, I'm very satisfied with their service. They're not perfect. There were times when the system was down, but compared to a lot of my friends, I can't complain. I always got the speed that I wanted and it was never slower than promised. Whenever I had to get the modem replaced, they'd arrive rather promptly - more or less on the same day they said they would - which is admittedly rare in the Philippines. Customer service on the phone is also excellent. The people who answer the phone are knowledgeable and helpful. I always get the problem solved.

The only reason my brother and I went here was because he need his sim card changed into a nano sim. He is on a postpaid plan and he hasn't changed his sim card for about 7 years. For his birthday, I bought him a HTC cellphone. Everything was working great until we saw the sim slot. Since he is on postpaid, we decided to drop by this Globe center to see how long it would take for them to change his sim card. The biggest difference with this center to the other centers I've seen is that all the counters had a person at the booth! (Yes, shocking!) Also, every number is called and, if no one arrived at the booth after 5 calls, they moved on to the next number. (Very Nice!) My brother and I were seated for about 10 minutes and his number was called. I waited at my seat expecting that he would take 30 minutes or more. When he came back after 5 minutes, I asked him what time we had to return for the sim card. To my surprise, he was done! He had the sim card and was told it would be working after an hour. (Super efficient. Love it!) So, even though I am not a fan of Globe, I am a fan of this Globe Center! To those Globe users out there, if you want efficient, no-fuss customer service from Globe, go here!

That's why I think that most people regard Sun as the perfect "family plan" network - I know lots of families (particularly Chinoy familiies) that have family-wide network plans because it's the most affordable way to communicate with each other. Even Sun prepaid has extremely cheap promos, most of which average around 10 pesos cheaper than their counterparts from other networks. The only thing for me that's a downside when it comes to Sun is that the signals are a little weaker. Normally, when you go down a basement or it's raining, Sun phones are, from experience, the first ones to lose signals. Sun also has pretty bad 3G and mobile data services - their connections are generally pretty slow so it's not that worth it to get a data plan from them. However, if your main phone use is calling and texting, especially to other Sun people, it's perfect.

I often go here for my printing and copy needs. They provide the basic services of black & white and colored printing. They also do photo printing and business card printing (which includes the cutting service already) for a decent price. Of course there are units for gaming as well but I love that most people who come here use the place for their business needs so its pretty quiet most of the time.
