They have even gone so far as to tell me after 45 days of not having a prescription filled that I would have to wait an additional day which delayed my flight arrangements that I need the anxiety prescription to be able to fly yesterday I picked up my prescription a different pharmacist question me again about the milligrams and the amount of prescribed medication I'm a grown woman in my 50s I have been on this medication for quite a while I am responsible I have not been in legal problems my doctor is still providing it to me it helps with my anxiety my premenopause and my tinnitus I do not appreciate being questioned by the pharmacists who questioned my doctors prescriptions and then drill me and remind me in a degrading manner that I have been on this prescription for a long time when the prescription is for 30 days and I get it filled between 45 and 50 days not every month they have no reason to question me I have no record no criminal record no problem with my prescriptions and I would wish they would cease and desist grilling me and just fill my prescription thank me and send me on my way rather than try to talk down to me for taking the prescription prescribed by my doctor they have a lot of nerve and they are not physicians and I take great offense to their questioning

My wife picked up some prescriptions for me today and when I opened the bag and took it out I saw something black inside a bottle of white pills. I took a closer look and found that a dead bug was in the bottle alongside my pills. I'm absolutely disgusted and can't imagine how unhygienic this pharmacy must be to miss a whole black bug in a bottle of white pills. I won't be back to this CVS under any circumstances and will stick with Walgreens.

Kinds seems suspicious to me since it was a mood altering medication. When I asked if they could call it in to get a renewal going they acted SUPER ANNOYED. I asked to speak with a manager and she was even ruder. I never raised my voice I just asked what happened. They explained that their system was having issues and loosing lots of scripts and that it wasn't their fault (even though it's a CVS system). When I politely said that was concerning for a pharmacy they told me if I said anything else they'd never serve me again. What the heck?! Super rude and not at all concerned about me that I could see. I'd avoid this place if you can. The manager (Sunday 1/17 during the day) should not be working in healthcare. I had a ton of questions and they answered all of them and had me ready to go out the door in less than 10 minutes. The pharmacist took the time to explain how the medication tube worked and the best methods for application. When I notified them I was going to need something to submit to my HCSA for reimbursement, I was given a printout which the insurance accepted without any questions. The pharmacist also told me that if I ever needed to have my medicine delivered to save me a trip, to call them and they would take care of it. You'd never get this type of customer service from a Walgreen's or a CVS.

This particular location, the Publix near Lake Eola, is not a location I shop FREQUENTLY, but it is one that I pass through more than some other locations. It is centrally located, making it fairly easy to get to. It has FREE parking underground - which is a perk in that area because street parking, pending the day and time, can get a bit tricky to find. The staff is usually always kind. Since it is near Lake Eola, this location does get a lot of foot traffic, so at times, it can get congested. It is a bit smaller than some other locations, but again, you can get a good amount of what you need here. Outside of that, it's your standard grocery store.
