I received nothing but a cryptic voicemail that was impossible to understand with no callback number and no one to contact to understand what happened and when the delivery is being rescheduled to. Shade Store needs to take accountability for this and find a different fulfillment partner if they want to maintain their overall customer experience and customer satisfaction. I have now waited in my home for a collective 12 hours across three appointments with no installation done. beware of this.
