Ultimately, the cake was done (on time) and April even texted me a pic. They also delivered directly to my daughter exactly during the timeframe that we discussed. The cake was beautiful, the exact color combo that I requested...and hand painted to boot! I ordered pink champagne for the first tier and coconut for the second.
