The store is located in a really nice area with other nearby shopping and conveniently located. When I entered the store I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and well organized the place is. Product are mealy and clearly labeled. The staff are extremely helpful and go way above and beyond to help which is a great thing. The prices here are also phenomenal! The checkout lanes and self checkout were not crazy at all either. I will definitely shop here again with I am here the area.

I am very grateful for this help and when checking out at this store, I was having difficulty using what was on my EBT card and then paying cash for the balance. I noticed an employee standing nearby and asked for assistance and after explaining what I was trying to do, specifically asking, "Am I able to use the balance on my EBT card first," she just frowned at me and shook her head no. No further assistance was offered. I will not be going back to Publix. Customer assistance was very poor!

The store is clean, well-stocked, and offers a nice variety of products, making it a reliable option for shopping. The environment feels safe, and overall, I'd say 4 out of 5 customer experiences here are positive. The only downside I've noticed is an increase in panhandling in the parking lot, which isn't exactly ideal. It doesn't feel unsafe, but it does take away from the otherwise pleasant shopping experience. Hopefully, that's something that can be addressed to keep the store and its surroundings as welcoming as possible.

Fresh bakery (on site!) with a variety of breads and pastries, produce, frozen including lots of fish options, fresh meats, dairy, juices, cheap eggs, beer and wine, pasta, sauces and much more. This is a full grocery store for sure and it was easy to shop. Remember that you need to bring your reusable shopping bags or purchase bags from Lidl. They're not free here! They close the East side door and keep the west side open after a certain time. The problem with that is all of the disabled parking spots are on the east side so anyone trying to get out that's disabled has to walk all the way over to the west side and walk back over to the East side to their cars. They should add more disabled spots on the West side if they continue keeping this door locked because it's a safety concern, especially after hours.

The whole purpose of DIGITAL COUPONS is so that you dont have to carry around a bunch of coupons you clipp them online and they go to your loyalty card account. She said the should be the price of the legs not wings. She then took all the wings out of my cart and said he can't have them. Called someone from the back gave them the wings and said "he trying to get them for the price of legs. This isn't right take them back." She never told me the price they should of been and never gave me an opportunity to pay the correct price. I asked for the right price and she yelled "2.99 but he should have known that wasn't the right price. ". Referring to me as if I put the price on the meat. I am now debating if I would return to this location. I felt embarrassed and if they felt I was trying to still t from them. I rushed out after paying for the rest of my items yet to return.

Also, one of the items didnt have a tag and the lady couldn't find it so i had to go back to find another. Not the best situation for someone with a disability to have to scan and bag your own items and then have to leave and walk back to have to repeat it because it times you out after a certain time.
