The store is located in a really nice area with other nearby shopping and conveniently located. When I entered the store I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and well organized the place is. Product are mealy and clearly labeled. The staff are extremely helpful and go way above and beyond to help which is a great thing. The prices here are also phenomenal! The checkout lanes and self checkout were not crazy at all either. I will definitely shop here again with I am here the area.

Truth be told I have seen the reduction of Size and Weight of both of Publix's Fried Chicken and Oven Roasted Chicken while their prices kept rising and rising here in Burlington, NC...Its time for Publix's Local and Regional Managers to look into this!

The store is clean, well-stocked, and offers a nice variety of products, making it a reliable option for shopping. The environment feels safe, and overall, I'd say 4 out of 5 customer experiences here are positive. The only downside I've noticed is an increase in panhandling in the parking lot, which isn't exactly ideal. It doesn't feel unsafe, but it does take away from the otherwise pleasant shopping experience. Hopefully, that's something that can be addressed to keep the store and its surroundings as welcoming as possible.

They close the East side door and keep the west side open after a certain time. The problem with that is all of the disabled parking spots are on the east side so anyone trying to get out that's disabled has to walk all the way over to the west side and walk back over to the East side to their cars. They should add more disabled spots on the West side if they continue keeping this door locked because it's a safety concern, especially after hours.

She was supposed to call me on Friday the 15th and I did not recieve a call and Sat ,16 no call., So I called the store asked for the lady manager,and the assistant manager took the call,I explained to him what had happend ,he knew nothing about it ,and said someone would call me today, the 19th and no return call. I told them that he was RACSIST and either he needs to be fired . my husband an I are African American Senior citizens and my wife is a Disabled Veteran and long as this employee is at any Food Lion Lion in Burlington,NC we will not shop there. The whole purpose of DIGITAL COUPONS is so that you dont have to carry around a bunch of coupons you clipp them online and they go to your loyalty card account. It would be helpful if you train your employees on services you offer and how they work so customers are not inconvenienced.

They aren't a perfect choice but these days they are usually my go-to. They usually have the Horizon milk I like as well as the Ocean spray diet cranberry juice. These items seem to be difficult to keep in stock at other stores. The only thing I wish for is a better fruit and veg department and then I would never have to go anywhere else!

I was excited but not surprised because they normally have really good deals and random sales. Well on this occasion I go to pay for them and the lady at the register say this is a really good deal. The lady behind her (older lady) say what and the lady who is assisting me said well I am not sure this is right. The older lady walk over and say not this isn't. She said the should be the price of the legs not wings. She then took all the wings out of my cart and said he can't have them. Called someone from the back gave them the wings and said "he trying to get them for the price of legs. This isn't right take them back." She never told me the price they should of been and never gave me an opportunity to pay the correct price. I asked for the right price and she yelled "2.99 but he should have known that wasn't the right price. ". Referring to me as if I put the price on the meat. I am now debating if I would return to this location. I felt embarrassed and if they felt I was trying to still t from them. I rushed out after paying for the rest of my items yet to return.

Also, one of the items didnt have a tag and the lady couldn't find it so i had to go back to find another. Not the best situation for someone with a disability to have to scan and bag your own items and then have to leave and walk back to have to repeat it because it times you out after a certain time.
