Due to a lot of memberships being cancelled they won't allow you to cancel at the studios anymore and will only allow you to go through a retention caller service. Everyone at the studio told me "good luck" because a lot of people have been struggling to cancel their membership because of this system. No one knew who worked the system or where the phone number went (concerning right?). They told me they open at 10, so I called and it began with the typical "experiencing high traffic." I was on hold for over an hour (see photo). After being on hold for an hour the automatic voice came back on to ask if I wanted to continue with the automatic system, of course I said yes as was tired of being on the phone. They took all my information and asked me to select why I was calling out of three opinions, the second I said cancellation it hung up on me. I stopped being unlimited at this studio once I realized they only cared about nepotism. They have fired all the good instructors due to their own egos. Unless you want to be locked into a lifetime membership with a studio that will go under within the next two years go elsewhere. This is peoples livelihood, taking money out of accounts of people who are simply trying to cancel their membership. Shame of this company.

They have identical equipment and some of the instructors teach at both locations. They offer several packages to fit your needs. I went with the unlimited classes for $199.00 a month. With so many different types and levels of classes being offered daily I felt that the unlimited gave me the most freedom to fully engage in the program. If you have not experienced Pilates before you will start out taking level one classes. Level 1 teaches the Pilates foundation. After you fully grasp the foundation you move up to a 1.5 (progression), 2.0 (Evolution) and finally to 2.5. (Mastery) The classes are challenging and fun. All of the instructors are enthusiastic and keep a watchful eye on your form throughout the class. There are only twelve students in each class but they have a waitlist available. I have been able to get into every class that I was waitlisted on.

The studio itself was clean, nicely designed, and had a calming atmosphere. It felt modern, fresh, and well cared for, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. If you've been thinking about trying Pilates but feel intimidated, this is the perfect place to start. Four stars because I had nothing to compare it to as it was my first time at a Pilates studio .

Truth be told, I have tried multiple locations and was super disappointed with the closure of the Winter Park location, which was much more convenient/central for me/friends I have brought with me. It was heavily attended, but seemed to close out of nowhere. Regardless, Oviedo has become my home location over the last few months, and the drive from Altamonte Springs is worth it. I'm a Classpass girlie (I travel for work and memberships rarely make economical sense), and I've never been treated differently. I've heard cancelling your Cyclebar membership can be complicated, but I don't have experience with this. There have been a few times where I've been charged a late cancellation fee or a no show fee when I attended the class/when class was cancelled by the studio. They also have black lights in the studio so they can do glow in the dark rides that are tons of fun. However, both my roommate and I had really difficult times cancelling our memberships. It's really overpriced for what you get, although they have decent sales sometimes. The cancellation policy makes it to where you have to give a 30 day notice, so you will always be charged at least one final time after giving them notice to cancel. You can also pause your membership, which is definitely convenient but its a $10-$15 per month charge, so it's annoying to have to pay for something that you're not actively using. Personally, I would only recommend getting a membership here if you know you're 100% going to stick to it because cancelling will definitely be an uphill battle. I was actually charged for another month after already having a confirmation email sent the month prior, and when I tried emailing them to figure it out I was never sent a response and ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card. Then they still tried calling me to say I had an overdue balance despite having explained them the situation LOL. Overall, a nice studio and good experience while I was actively going, but definitely some kinks that need to be worked out management wise.
