My fully-disabled parent had an appointment scheduled to follow up an MRI. Well, as fate would have…read moreit, the MRI got scheduled for the same day, 5 hours later. Obviously, we can't review MRI results for an MRI that hasn't happened, so I contacted the office to reschedule. I left a message with the answering service, then left several voicemails (during office hours) explaining the need to reschedule and reason, over the course of a week. When I received no response to those I even emailed through the website. No response. So a little over 24 hours before the scheduled appointment I left another office hours voicemail explaining that since I haven't heard from anyone it would be best to just cancel. The next day I received an automated message that we missed our appointment. Is this a medical practice that literally has no one checking voicemail? I am the full-time caretaker for two profoundly disabled individuals. I deal with medical appointments, doctors offices, and specialists all the time. I also have two full-time jobs, and work seven days a week to provide for those individuals. The stack of b.s. I deal with daily is sky high. The last thing I need is one provider's office adding one more thing to that stack. Caretaking someone with advanced dementia means a need for results in a reasonable amount of time, especially since medication changes are frequent. I can't wait months to forever to not hear from a provider with important medical information. So I contacted insurance, found NE Neurological, who got us in next month. Just putting that out there for anyone also in need of a responsive specialist for a loved one.

My loved one passed away here after a sudden illness. The decision to move to hospice care after a…read more2 week decline from a rare illness was what made the most sense for our family. The room was lovely. 90% off the care team was excellent. One nurse however does not belong here. Unfortunately this nurse delivered the news of my sisters passing-she was on duty for her final days. The support staff tries to make up for the lack of care and empathy for this one person. They have a little memorial service when your loved one leaves with the undertaker. The entire staff for the day is here. This nurse stated in the office. We received a card as well, signed by all, except this nurse. Believe me, I wish I could say one person didn't impact the rest of the wonderful care my sister received, but it did. I wish we had arranged care at home. We did need to stay on top of the medication administration. My sister's illness caused horrible terrors and startles. They were often a bit late to deliver meds meant to keep her comfortable. The chef, amazing, kind and caring. The aides, all wonderful and checked in with empathy often. We did share our concerns and expected a follow up call that never came. If you can't be here around the clock with your loved one, I do not recommend.

Working with Dianne felt like a much needed break from all the stress and competing priorities during my daily life. She pinpointed exactly what areas needed attention and helped alleviate pain through stretch and adjusted posture. I felt that Dianne offered compassionate advice both as a physical therapist and a fellow mother. Thank you for helping me gain some strength and mental clarity! Out of 40 or so sessions, 8 were cancelled within 24 hours. Given the importance of practice and repetition, we believe the behavior to be unprofessional and ultimately quite detrimental to our son. 2) Elizabeth does not have any operational support which means that she often had difficulty dealing with insurance companies(she was IN network). She often asked us to call the insurance company on her behest. I am sure for slight speech issues, Elizabeth would be fine. However, for more serious and longer term engagements, we recommend to look elsewhere.

I had done PIlates many years ago and thought it would be great to get back into it. Karen is the perfect teacher - she has years of experience and accumulated knowledge and a true passion for what she does. We meet for two 30 minute sessions a week, and in the two months since I've started I have seen a significant improvement in my strength, balance and energy levels. Karen always makes the most of our time together and is constantly introducing new techniques to keep me physically and mentally challenged.
