Although I've only been going to her for only the past four years, she and her staff have never made me feel less-than or belittled by lecturing me...even though I'm not perfect...or in perfect health. My husband and neighbor (neither who will 'Yelp') also are in the Westford Internal Medicine/Dr. Jacobellis fan club. They have never led us wrong, nor been negative in any way...and there have been mild to severe diagnoses given. There office is clean and I never feel anything is lacking when I leave.

I researched…read morethe area and saw Chelmsford Primary Care had great reviews, and that Dr. Sun was accepting new patients. My husband and I got our appointments within 2 weeks of contacting the practice and they were one right after another which made it so easy for us. When we arrived, the women at the front desk were SO kind and helpful, and they truly made us feel at home right away. The medical assistant (she had pink hair) was so friendly and very good at her job. Dr. Sun is easily the best PCP I've ever had, and I knew that right off the bat. Not only is she incredibly warm and kind, but she is thorough, upbeat, understanding and truly listens when you bring up a concern. She made me feel comfortable within seconds of meeting her and I could tell she not only cares deeply about her patients, but she is an excellent doctor. My husband had an equally positive experience with her. We are very happy to have found Chelmsford Primary Care and Dr. Sun, and we hope to be patients here for many years to come.

And when you call back to get any sort of help, you get screamed at by the oncall doctor who is unhelpful, and does not understand empathy or pain of patients who have to do so much to advocate for themselves over and over again to get access to SINGLE MEDICATION? I came at 1:45pm to be seen. After 5pm, the prescription finally gets sent out. When it gets sent out, I'm on the phone with over 5+ pharmacies, over and over again who all say they dont have the medication, but they do have the elixir form. I call the oncall doctor (who is not my doctor because I'm running out of time, and pharmacies will close) to see she can send the elixir form and she starts screaming at me saying I shouldn't be using the phone. I have had a severe mouth sores for over a week hoping they can help, and now the day is over, everyone left, and I did not receive my medication, and I'm in severe pain. Thats just how awful this office is, they don't give a shit about their patients.

Emerson Hospital in Concord has the advantage of offering a wide range of departments supported by outstanding doctors and staff. In my experience, they have always been polite, professional, and personable. The Naka Infusion Center is fantastic. They provide each patient with a sense of privacy and comfort while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. The staff cannot do enough to help, and they maintain a terrific attitude throughout what can often be a difficult medical process. My only gripe would be the time it sometimes takes for the pharmacy to mix and prepare medications. However, when I consider all the people they serve--not only those at the Naka Center, but also patients throughout the hospital, its satellite locations, and the outpatient community--I realize how fortunate I am to be served by such a dedicated healthcare system. Regarding Emerson Westford, that is a more difficult place about which to be complimentary. I have experienced inordinately long waits for lab work and X-rays, and I have found some of the physicians there to be less attentive than what I have come to expect from Emerson. It is the only Emerson location I have visited that I have decided not to return to unless absolutely necessary. Emerson Littleton, on the other hand, has been incredibly efficient and effective, with short wait times, friendly receptionists, and professional medical care. My favorite location for medical attention and care is my local Emerson Center in Groton. The receptionists and administrative staff make you feel genuinely welcome. The nurses sincerely care about their patients, and the doctors, PAs, and NPs are, by far, among the best healthcare professionals I have encountered. To further support patient care, Groton also offers on-site lab and X-ray services, making the experience both convenient and comprehensive. Overall, while no healthcare system is perfect and there is room for improvement at some locations, my experience with Emerson Healthcare has been overwhelmingly positive. The compassion, professionalism, and dedication shown by most of its doctors, nurses, and staff have made a meaningful difference in my life, and I consider myself fortunate to have access to such high-quality care in our community.

The ladies in the lab made fun of me as I was leaving bc I told them they hurt my arm this time and last time. I saw them mock my arm words and distress which I did not appreciate it even though they had a busy day with patients and were complaining about how late they would leave that day as they were prepping me for labs. It's inconsistent with the level of care Emerson provides in all other areas of patient care.
