We cannot speak highly enough about the incredible care and compassion we've consistently received…read morefrom the pediatric team at Acton Medical Associates, both at the Acton and Littleton locations. As parents--especially new parents--it's hard to put into words how much it means to have a medical team that not only delivers excellent care but does so with genuine kindness, patience, and professionalism every single time. From the countless phone calls and visits--whether for routine care or last-minute sick appointments--the doctors, nurses, medical assistants, and front desk staff have all gone above and beyond. They are warm, attentive, and always willing to accommodate us, even on short notice. What has truly stood out is how everyone--from the clinical team to the administrative staff--takes the time to listen, reassure, and truly partner with us in our son's care. A special thank you to some of the amazing providers we've had the pleasure of seeing: Dr. Travassos, Dr. Darling, Dr. Chamberlain, and Dr. Harder--each one exemplifies the very best of what pediatric care should be. They treat not just the child but the entire family with empathy and respect, taking the time to answer every question, no matter how small. As a new mom, I've especially appreciated the extra care and thoughtful guidance that has eased my anxieties and helped us feel supported every step of the way. No practice is perfect, and every patient experience is unique--but this team continually goes the extra mile. They take tremendous pride in the quality of care they provide, and it truly shows. We recommend Acton Medical Associates without hesitation to all our friends and family. They are a team above the rest, and we are endlessly grateful for the care they've given our little one and our family. Thank you to each and every one of you for doing what you do--your dedication means the world to us.

I have had both good and bad experiences here. If it was easy to change doctors and My kids and I…read moredid not like Dr. Iannini so much, I would. The receptionist, Lauren and all the nurses are great! Note - there is a p/time receptionist that dresses a bit riskay for a med office...crop tops w/pj pants I typically do not have to wait long, which is fabulous for young kids. During the short wait last week, my daughter kept opening the door. While it was open, I overheard Dr. Travassos bullying the staff. I actually peeked out the door to see if it was really her voice I recognized and it was. She was very rudely speaking to the young nurse, I believe her name is Alisa (my kids love that girl and they have only met her twice. They asked me if she could be their doctor. I believe she is still in high school). Dr. T snapped at her telling her she did a Bp wrong and for someone to Re teach her. As soon as the doctor walked away, the other nurses told her it was the machine, she did not do it wrong and to not take it personal, she is mean to everyone. What a bully. Before that, the doctor was barking at the receptionist to get her patient, while the receptionist was on the phone. I post about this because when I was young, I worked in a doctors office and dealt with a similar bully of a doctor. It turned me off from wanting to be an R.N. I actually changed my major and quit after leaving work too many times in tears. Maybe that's why there is a lack of nurses. They need to have very thick skin. I would not think pediatricians were like that though. My daughter is no longer allowed to open the door. Ps...I use an Alias on yelp so I can post the truth. I actually just started this
