She's sweet and educated and could probably run the place better on her own. TWICE in 6 months I've been given referrals by these people to doctors that were either 1) no longer in practice or 2) retired. REALLY?! And all they did was call me and say "so... you're gonna have to find another doctor that accepts your insurance AND is in our network"... I'm sorry, isn't that your job? So I'm supposed to call every doctor from here to Boston asking them these questions. It's insane. I'm so frustrated and upset and meanwhile, in pain and still waiting for my referral.
