This friend is tough and she loves Sue which speaks volumes to me. I'm not sure if I have ever seen my Primary Care Physician, Tricia Scott. I usually just see Sue. A lot of these girls are extraordinarily rude. There is one (whose name escapes me) that has been there for a couple of years who is very friendly and helpful, but I've really only met the one at this office. I've had nurses just skip my medical history because it's too complicated for them and then they pretend they understand my concerns. Absolutely do not go here if you have ADHD or Autism as well, they have no understanding of how to support that. I have a very complicated medical and psychological history and felt consistently gaslit and treated like I was crazy, while they ignored how things like my ADHD and OCD and medical issues tied together and when I tried to advocate for myself I was blatantly ignored. I asked for a referral for a neurologist because of a suspected brain injury and the doctor looked me in the eyes and changed the topic. Just do not go here no matter what, you will get extremely basic care maybe at best and at worst they could kill you with negligence. my final straw was i needed a referral and they are closed on the day after new years(even though they are already closed weekends and open 8-5) but say they are open and have no phone message or way of knowing when they'll be open again. why does no one care about anything anymore. the lady i called seemed pissed too like other people had been calling and asking. Referrals don't get submitted, prescriptions don't get sent to the pharmacy, phone calls don't get returned, and messages never get relayed correctly. His approach isn't conventional - he's never checked my ears, nose, throat, etc.; he did labs once to check the basic things but results were never sent to me - I had to get them from the lab's website. I had an ER visit last year and was told to follow up with my PCP but before I could even make an appontment, the office called me and said not to make an appointment but to return to the ER if I had additional issues. Dr. Sullivan seems more interested the DO thing, so if that's what you need, you'll probably be OK......although the last time he did a manipulation on me for back spasms, I couldn't stand up straight for almost 8 weeks and he had left for military deployment. When I recently made a comment about having to be referred out to several specialists, he told me my health issues were too complicated. Perhaps I should have chosen someone with more experience. But I don't think Osteoporosis is too complicated for a PCP to address and I don't think I need to spend the time and money seeing a specialist for it! Honestly, I think 1 star is too high of a rating based on my experiences here..
