I had to move, as my doctor here, slipped away, depleted of having any interest in patients. Unable to even pretend to have any interest. Responses were, quite frankly, ridiculous. Just continues to go more and more downhill every year. The individual doctors may be good but the system they choose to work under is despicable. The receptionists are literally always rude and you have to navigate them to even get help. I can't even count how many times they've told me they sent referrals and didn't send them. It just generally feels like they hate you and do not care about your well being which obviously sucks at the doctor! I've had nurses just skip my medical history because it's too complicated for them and then they pretend they understand my concerns. Absolutely do not go here if you have ADHD or Autism as well, they have no understanding of how to support that. I have a very complicated medical and psychological history and felt consistently gaslit and treated like I was crazy, while they ignored how things like my ADHD and OCD and medical issues tied together and when I tried to advocate for myself I was blatantly ignored. I asked for a referral for a neurologist because of a suspected brain injury and the doctor looked me in the eyes and changed the topic. Just do not go here no matter what, you will get extremely basic care maybe at best and at worst they could kill you with negligence. my final straw was i needed a referral and they are closed on the day after new years(even though they are already closed weekends and open 8-5) but say they are open and have no phone message or way of knowing when they'll be open again. why does no one care about anything anymore. the lady i called seemed pissed too like other people had been calling and asking. THEN MAKE IT CLEAR YOU'RE CLOSED???? the technology is readily available you're just lazy and negligent like the rest of the medical system. read more

PFP has lost me as a customer. Twice now I've tried to get a covid test and both times PFP did not get the paperwork faxed to the hospital. The first time was in November at Leominster, the second time was today in Nashua. When I called the office to find out what went wrong I was told that "sometimes the fax machine doesn't work." How does that help me when I drive somewhere and waste hours in a hospital parking lot? Completely incompetent. This is unacceptable in 2021. Too bad because I like Dr. Dressel, who I've been going to for a few years. Unfortunately the administrative side is frustrating beyond belief. I'm taking my business elsewhere. read more

Seems that the office is always in change. Hate the Windows when you walk in. Not friendly environment. Always have to wait since they also answer the phones. They are always having problems with the computers, not user friendly. When calling, depends on who answers phone, some know you and seem to help. Do not like the idea of them sending email to nurse, then have to wait for a call. Waited 6 hours one day. Nurses are not assigned to a doctor and when you do get a call back, don't seem to know what they are doing. Different nurse everyday, so don't call 2 days in a row. I have to say they are getting better, slowely. I love my primary and hate to have to change. read more

I've never had a bad experience here. Dr. Jennifer Dressel is fantastic. The reception team is friendly, and scheduling is easy enough. The building is clean and roomy, and I'm grateful to have it in Pepperell. It's nice not to have to drive 30+ min to get to a decent doctor's office. read more

I never reviewed a doctors office because most of the ones have been good or adequate enough. The good: * This is a modern facility located in Pepperell, MA off of MA113. * I have never had to wait or its very short * I like my doctor, he is a bit young and not as thorough as my doctor I had in Wilmington but definitely has a better personality and feel comfortable with discussing the most embarrassing of problems. * The nursing staff is super nice as well and the blood work doesn't hurt The gray: * The reception in this place needs work as this is where the wait is. The company really needs to hire more staff for a place of this size especially with new immediate care. * The current reception staff is not very friendly either. * Calling on the phone to get someone - be prepared to wait. * Promptness is not their specialty if you ask something on their portal. What makes me angry: * My company provides 1 physical a year free of charge to encourage employees to see the doctor. I have done this for many years including my doctor in Wilmington. Recently I went for my normal physical and everything was well. During the visit the doctor talked to me about previous condition A, condition B, and C (noone said the 40s approaching 50 was easy). There was no changes to my medication. I was happy and left satisfied. * A month later a bill arrives in the mailbox and I was in shock. I come to find out that they charged me (and my insurance) not only for the physical but and additional regular office visit to talk about A, B, C conditions. I was never told about this extra charge. Never in the 10 years has there been any extra charge on talking about problems... in fact at Wilmington I would get an EKG and a prostate exam (OK im good without the latter... LOL) and never had one here. * Friends are telling me this new charge is a way for the doctors office to go around an Obamacare rule! * I wouldn't of minded if I was made AWARE of the charges or if they were upfront with me on the billing. My company has slashed our insurance in 2018 adding a new costly deductible and not covering certain items so I have to be more cost aware. What would you do? read more

Dr.Spiegalman's office has not been the same since Jane the office manager left and Foundation Medical bought them out and took over. The feel of the office has changed you could be half dead and they will not squeeze you in. They think nothing of canceling appointments and interrogate you to get to see a doctor I will be finding a new doctor after 30+ years with them. read more

I am severely disappointed with this office. This is not a good clinic. They must be working to reach some kind of daily patient quota. We gave this clinic a fair shake. This is a referral clinic. Go there if you want a referral to a specialist. EXCEPT they tend to only schedule new patient appointments AT LEAST 6 weeks out. So you'd better not be actually sick. And the urgent care is not a part of PFP, so if you need help now, you will still have to have that extra useless "introductory" appt ($$$) to get anything taken care of at all. I've gone here with my family for various reasons several times. Out of all the times any of us has gone we got compassionate care ONCE. It was a nice fluke. And whether or not or WHEN they call you back when you call to talk to a doctor or nurse could be a few minutes or 48 HOURS (Dr. Veil is especially bad about this). This alone is disturbing and bad. We got referred to the ER once by here. ER took care of us, but told us the family doctor SHOULD have taken care of it since it was simple, and it would have been quicker (patient proceeded to bleed out for the entire working day until they couldn't stand while waiting in the ER for care that should have been received at the clinic) and then we were told to have the PCP take care of follow up and odds and ends, which they are very, very, very reluctant to do, so I think I'd rather not risk anyone of my family's life going there again. I feel unsafe with the lack of taking people and their issues seriously. I feel it is dehumanizing to me and my family. We have been treated with disgust, rudeness, disregard at the family practice and urgent care...I'm done here. This is the last straw. It is too dangerous to trust them again. So we will take our insurance dollars and our own cash and our quota numbers elsewhere. I should have done this the first appointment scheduling. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. I see another review where the person thought they were going in for their annual wellness exam and then was charged. They recently did the same to me, actually CALLING ME to tell me I was due for my annual appointment, which I made because they said I NEEDED to come in to get my one prescription refilled. I waited about an hour after my scheduled appointment time, even though *I* left work early to be there on time. After my exam where all they did was take my blood pressure, weigh me, and when prompted by the doctor to mention any other issues and all I did was ASK about a small injury, they then sent me a full bill!!! What a scam! The only reason this gets two stars is because I like the doctor, but now I am wondering about them all. The front office staff is unpleasant to speak with, they don't say hello or smile, and are almost rude when you have a question. It has gone very much downhill the last two years. I'll be looking for a new doctor's office now. read more
