Sarah has been…read moresupporting our daughter since 2022, and the growth we've seen has been nothing short of incredible. Her speech, social engagement, and self-regulation have all improved exponentially. Sarah has a rare ability to meet children exactly where they are while gently challenging them to grow, all through play and connection. Our daughter truly looks forward to her sessions, and the confidence she's gained carries over into everyday life. We are so grateful for Sarah's expertise, patience, and genuine care.

We were worried as it was late to start speech therapy as a teen, but it's never too late it turns out. Luckily we found Springboard Speech Therapy. It didn't take long for our son to show improvement, and he showed more confidence speaking up at school and is now even in the debate club which requires fast and clear talking. The progress was clear every week, and he got exercises to practice at home. Her approach is very scientific. I fully recommend whether your child is older or younger! We did all of this online, with a weekly session after school.

By the end of our time together he had around 100 words and can put together 3-4 word sentences. He's much closer to being caught up and so much happier. We appreciated Allison's approach where she would watch us play with him and give tips and observations that helped us reinforce language outside of our sessions. We liked the balance of parent education and play therapy so we felt like we had the tools we needed to make progress outside of our time each week. Allison does a great job of keeping communication open. She would regularly interface with my sons EI SLP who would see him at school to make sure they were on the same page. She's open to emails and questions outside of your scheduled time and quick to respond, which I appreciate! My son enjoyed our time each week and loved to carry the tablet around the house to "hold her hand" and show her around. We'd highly recommend Allison and Springboard Speech & Language to anyone needing extra speech support.

So we've only been here since the end of March (I can't keep track of my life anymore). We are…read moregrateful for this place ! It's conveniently located near our son's preschool, and they take our insurance. I'll write our experience so far. !!!!!!!!Please note this is our experience so it may very per family !!!!!!!!! It is a little hard to get in touch by phone because a front desk staff doesn't exist. Email is probably easier. We were lucky to get an appointment pretty quickly thanks to having a referral from our pediatrician and a neuropsychological exam report ready to send. Our insurance works like this (we have BCBS; they ONLY take BCBS and Harvard Pilgrim): we pay a high copay for the first 15 sessions and then we pay our usual in network office copay. Some notes about the waiting room: When you come for your first meeting , this is not like a usual office...you are not greeted by a front desk staff and you don't check in. The therapist comes to greet you at your appointment time. There is a phone at the front you can use if late and it lets you know the therapists' direct lines to let them know you have arrived. No food or drink is allowed. There's plentiful seating. There are some books to look through while waiting. They have a large fish tank. There are keys for the bathroom (one for men's room and one for women's room). If you don't see the key someone is using it. Bathrooms are clean. The therapy sessions: The first two sessions are assessment sessions. After the second session , the therapist set goals for progress and then they let you know how many times a week will be needed. In our case we come twice a week. They do monthly progress reports via phone call. They are able to call both parents at work for a 3 way conference call. Conclusion: Our son is 4 and has ADHD and is a year behind on language development. We are very much looking forward to him using more words and thinking more abstractly. He is already making some progress so we are very happy (Thanks Sara!). They do a lot of play based therapy. We were a little worried about because our son's attention span is like 5 seconds long. She does a good job redirecting him. Some days are better than others. But he's slowly getting there. Our son enjoys coming (we call it Talking Game so that "therapy" doesn't stress him out so much haha). We are glad to have found this place!

I'm so thankful that I found Wellest! I started having some pretty painful pelvic floor issues last…read moresummer due to a fissure. I started working with Kristin soon afterwards and her expertise and care was amazing and exactly what I needed. It was a lengthly process getting back to full health again and there were some ups-and-downs on my journey. Kristin helped me to keep my head-up in the times where I felt like I was moving backwards, and reminded me of the progress I had made already and was continuing to make! And she helped me to understand how to be more in-tune with my body so that I could proactively deal with any future pelvic floor issues before they get out of control. She helped me find an awesome nutritionist too. And she also helped me to find another Colorectal doctor since my first one was too "surgery-happy." Kristin went above and beyond and was absolutely amazing! Thank you Kristin and thank you Wellest!

After just a few appointments with Kathy and some of her take home assignments, I feel like my old self again! I love that it's a baby friendly environment as well, so I don't have to rush around trying to find child care whenever I have an appointment. My only regret is that I didn't find Wellest sooner - it has been such a transformative experience.

When my first foot surgeon botched the job, I had other physical therapists literally send me away…read more When that injury ruined my gait and left me permanently disabled and arthritic, other physical therapists gave me the runaround about treating more than one area of my body at a time. "That's a separate case, you can only have one case open at a time." That's very convenient if you're a super athlete with one boo-boo who can't wait to get back on the squash court. But what about the rest of us? People who really need help? Well, thankfully I found Sue and I've been seeing her for years. She treats all her patients with the same level of care and therapeutic focus that she'd bring to one of her star athlete patients whose names she is too modest to mention. She has done wonders for my mobility and pain levels, she knows when to push me and when to smush me (she does this neck thing that is straight-up sorcery I swear). And while she does not spend time dancing with the insurance companies, she DOES give you all the ammo to submit for reimbursement. This gives her the freedom to treat YOU, the person, and all the parts of you that may be rusted. Not quibble about what "case" is open and yaddah yaddah. It's less than I spend for a great massage and it's worth it. Think of PT as self-care for the long haul. And do yourself a favor - call and make an appointment if anything is hurting you. You're still reading this, so there's a good chance it applies to you. Facts: Two years ago I was crying in a bed with a foot the size of the Queen Mary. I STILL have no cartilage south of my Mason-Dixon line and walking used to feel like broken glass. I'm stronger and happier now and I can't recommend Sue enough.

I was so grateful to have Dr. Z come to my apartment to care for my newborn and me. Dr. Z is knowledgeable, kind, and flexible. The model of having the first two months of my child's care from home was so comforting- it allowed me and my baby to stay in the home and rest and heal after delivery. Meg from Tova health handled all the admin stuff. She made scheduling, paperwork, and setting-up the patient portal super simple. When it was time to transition beyond the first two months of care, Dr. Z and Meg helped us find the best pediatrician and make sure they had all our records. Awesome experience! I experienced a traumatic birth. One of the better things to come out of it (besides my daughter)…read morewas meeting Dr. Z. I was not able to get out of bed for over a week after the birth, so our first meeting was with her sitting at the foot of my bed. Thank goodness we chose her for my daughter's pediatrician because there was no way I would have been able to take her to an office. I really needed the fourth trimester care to help me process the trauma from birth, and Dr. Z let me cry and repeat the story over and over again. I'll never forget the time she hugged me and promised me something good would come out of it. She was also provided excellent care to my daughter. I will never forget our crazy first meeting and her kindness. She listened and provided me care when my own OB/GYN's office failed to do so. It is absolutely ludicrous the postpartum care we receive. This fourth trimester care model should be mandatory everywhere.
