I can't speak enough to how rude the main orthodontist is. My dentist (best dentist in the world,…read morebtw) referred me to this place and I'm going to be circling back and telling him not to make additional referrals. The staff was initially nice, but the orthodontist who laid the options out for Invisalign kept trying to "upsell" me and nitpick little imperfections I could "get resolved" despite telling him I only wanted to target one area that affected my ability to floss. The rest were all cosmetic issues he was very happy to point out as "areas of opportunity". That should have been my first red flag, but regardless, I agreed to the Invisalign. About half way through the payments (which were probably around 450 - 500 per month, for transparency), I had an unforeseen circumstance so continuing the payments just became impossible. I spoke to the receptionist about alternatives, initially asking if I could do a smaller payment plan, or what it would cost to stop the treatment all together, as now I could floss better and the initial problem was pretty much resolved. The receptionist was very kind, she reassured me this "happened all the time" and told me there were two options to end treatment: $795 to remove the buttons on your teeth they put on, or $895 to remove the buttons and get a last set of retainers. This was an amazing alternative for me and I apologized a lot for having to take it, but she was made a point to tell me this is why they had the policy they do and we made the appointment. Skip to today, I show up for my appointment and the main orthodontist comes in and informs me that there will "be no retainers" and regardless of what the receptionist told me on the phone, if I wanted the buttons off my teeth, it would be $895, not $795 as promised. When I tried to ask who I spoke to, he very bluntly (and rudely) stated "I'm the one who makes the final call here and we never do this, if you want the buttons off it's $895 or you can pay the rest". This is the second time I've felt shamed in this place, not to mention the few times I tried to call in and ask about the retainers hurting they brushed me off. If you can find a better place, with similiar pricing, I really hope you'll take this review into consideration. And if not, then hopefully you'll not have to stop mid-way because suddenly you go from human being to shit beneath their shoe. PS - The orthodontist didn't even wait to scold the receptionist until after I, or other patients, were gone. The second the door was shut you could hear him through the door. "Class one" jerk.

Teeth are practically perfect right now. The orthodontists here are very professional, quick and efficient. I can't stand spending hours somewhere and I have a VERY strict schedule in my life. So the quick and efficient part is a huge plus for me. Literally IN and OUT in about 10-15 minutes. Staff is friendly. Required an extremely low down payment to start & had a Groupon special to take $2,000 off the total price. Went to about 6 other orthodontists before settling to this one. If anything negative happens from here until the finish will update. But so far it is amazing.

Since this dental practice dropped Blue Cross insurance, I had to leave them to look for another pediatric dentist and a orthodontist for my child. I am truly sad to leave this practice. The combination of attentive staff, skilled professionals, and a welcoming atmosphere made a truly pleasant dental appointment for my son throughout the years.
