I noticed that none of the employees were wearing a hat or hair net... one had her hair wrapped, but the other woman didn't. Slow service and poor hygiene practices lost them a customer today unfortunately.

The energy teas and protein smoothies both have a ton of different flavors and add ins (collagen, caffeine, fiber, and more). Teas are low cal/ carb but are certainly on the sweet side made with what I believe is a sugar alternative. I got the lemon blueberry pound cake protein shake and it was really good! I generally really dislike protein powder but I would definitely come back for a smoothie. Their energy balls are also a yummy snack to grab on the side. Looking forward to going back for a protein smoothie bowl. There is street parking and a small off street lot associated with the building but it was easy to find.

The prices weren't the greatest, but if you're really jonesing for a banana pudding I can't imagine you'd find better in Syracuse. My main disappointment was that they were sold out of about 70% of their menu, including all juices. It would have been nice to get to try a beverage, but the pudding made up for it.

The ambiance is beautiful, warm, and inviting. If you're looking for a cozy coffee shop with a great atmosphere or a place to take some cute pictures, this is definitely worth a visit. The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable while I was trying to decide what to order. They took the time to answer questions and even gave us a pastry on the house to try, which was such a nice touch. My niece and I were also vlogging during our visit, and everyone was very welcoming and accommodating. One of the things that caught my attention was their selection of the viral fruit pastries. They had several varieties with different fillings, including mango, apple, and strawberry. It was fun trying a few different flavors and seeing what all the hype was about. My absolute favorite item, though, was the rose-infused cake. It was delicious, light, and full of flavor. I would come back just for that. (& I have already been back since my first time). I also tried a few other pastries, including a pistachio cake, which were good, but the rose cake was definitely the standout for me. The only small thing I'd mention is that it was a little chilly inside, but that's certainly not enough to take away from the overall experience. Overall, this is a beautiful coffee shop with excellent customer service, delicious pastries, and a welcoming atmosphere. I'll definitely be back and look forward to bringing family and friends with me next time. "Come for the viral pastries, stay for the rose cake."

When you're there, be sure to go all the way to the back to see the Yemen to Syracuse wall art. The drink menu is substantial and honestly, a bit overwhelming at first. Thankfully for us all, they have a kiosk to order (although you can also go up front) with pictures and descriptions to ease the process. I was able to try the Maleeki (a light roast yemeni coffee with ginger and milk) as well as my friends' pistachio latte (both iced and hot). If you like ginger, the Maleeki is a great choice, but I would recommend extra sweet (and this is coming from someone who typically does not like sweet drinks) for a better balance of flavors. The pistachio latte is a staple. With that being said, I think most gravitate towards the iced version due to the aesthetics (pictured), but the hot brings out the pistachio flavor significantly more! So unless youre looking for an Instagram-able drink, order it hot (light sweetener is perfect in my opinion). Lastly, they have an array of beautiful desserts. The latte cake was a perfect pairing, not too sweet and just the right amount of being 'coffee forward'. Note: there will likely be a bit of a wait for your drinks, but it will come up piping hot and perfectly crafted. The staff is constantly working and super kind (always thanking customers for their patience). There is something for everyone here, whether you're feeling adventurous and wanting to try some more traditional menu options, or want something a bit more familiar, do not pass up on the Haraaz experience!

I'm not a bubble tea fan, so I can't speak to that, but I do quite enjoy their ramen bowls and have had them on multiple occasions. The standout for me is the miso base with chicken. The broth is piping hot, the green onion flavor is awesome, and it's a chock full of ingredients. The interior is unique with big, open windows and some funky booths. My main complaint here is that service tends to be a bit slow. I'd recommend ordering ahead of time and then eating there once you pick it up or just doing take out. Ordering through the counter can take awhile, even if it's quiet in there. Happy to continue to support them!

Okay, so I'm totally going against the grain here as I found nothing exceptional or overly exciting…read moreabout this restaurant. My son found it and wanted to give it a try, so we did. The place was totally empty when we walked in and outside of 1 Uber Eats order we were it 4:30 PN. But, it still took 15 minutes for two bowls of ramen and one rice bowl to be ready. Our meals were good but not worth the drive from Marcellus. I've had worse and I've had better bowls of ramen. The stock was good but it was lacking any real depth of flavor and seemed to be singular in tone and lacked any real silky rich mouth feel. Nothing that would warrant a wave off, but nothing significant enough for a book mark. We all like what we like, but for me this was an average experience.
