I thought this place was awesome. I've ordered from Valor in the past online but now that they…read morehave a location on the way to the house of the mouse I figured I'd stop in and see what they are like. You will definitely be questioning your mapping app when you are directed here because it's somewhat in the middle of nowhere. This is a big warehouse filled to the brim with fitness equipment. And they even had another room of clearance items in the back! The man that helped me said their prices here would be lower than their online prices because shipping wouldn't be required. I figured he meant a few bucks but it's some drastic savings. I spotted something in the clearance room that I bought that was $50 cheaper. A small item I bought online recently would have been 50% cheaper if I had bought it in person. Valor isn't a third party reseller like you might expect. They seem to make many (all?) of the products they sell. The bigger product I bought with them was easy to put together and has held up well for several years. I really trust them as a brand. Don't think you have to be a hardcore fitness person to shop here. You could save money on something as small as five pound dumbbells. They also have a loyalty club. My Apple wallet triggered a dialog for joining their loyalty club when I pulled into the parking lot and I started earning points with purchases I made in person. I will definitely be back!

The only thing missing was a bat. I would hate to be the team that runs to the other dugout and asks to borrow their bats (is that even a thing? Probably goes against some unspoken softball rule right?). Shelling out a hundred plus dollars for a brand new bat was not in the cards, so I decided to give Play It Again Sports a whirl. My first impression, as I entered the shop, is that they pack a lot of sports equipment into a little space. They had at least a tiny section that deals with most of the popular Florida sports. I found the bats pretty easily (they were hanging up slightly above eye level). I moved passed the t-ball and junior boys bats, left the wooden ones behind and approached the softball rack. A lot of the bats were marked fast pitch and weren't meant for the league we were joining. I saw no rhyme or reason for the way the softball bats were arranged so I asked the man at the register if they had any specific bats for slow pitch. He came over and moved a couple bats saying "these were organized with this hanging rack being all slow pitch bats but sometimes they get mixed up." He pointed out the five or six bats that were meant for slow pitch softball. He then went a step further and recommended two of them. I checked out the prices. Good God! A hundred plus dollars for a used softball bat that was not speckled in gold? Uh, no thank you. He also suggested that they had a new line of softball bats that were hanging behind the register. These bats would run about a hundred dollars for a slow pitch bat. I thanked him for his time and went back to the rack to find something closer to my budget. I saw a twenty four dollar bat that had my name written all over it (well, technically it said Easton but my parents did tell me that they considered naming me that when I was born so it had my backup name all over it). Since I would be responsible for supplying the softballs and the bat, I figured a bag was necessary so I could easily transport things from one place to another. I found a really cheap baseball bag, we're talking fourteen dollars, and purchased that. This Play It Again Sports had exactly what I needed and the man behind the counter offered some advice when I needed a little help. When it comes time to start my teacher tennis/bowling/football/soccer team, I know exactly where to go to get all my equipment.

Staff was very helpful...even got down on the floor to show me how to use the equipment I inquired…read moreabout! I will be back for all of my future sporting needs!

I started taking my health and fitness more seriously when I turned 40. During that year cardio…read morebecame a regular part of my lifestyle, and weight training seemed like a great way to take things up a notch. That's when I started looking for a gym-quality "all in one" machine. I didn't want something rickety that would fall apart after a year. I was willing to invest in a machine I could keep for the long haul - something I would actually look forward to using. Dick's Sporting Goods and Sports Authority just didn't have the quality I wanted. Then one day my wife and I were lunching at Olive Garden with our daughter when we noticed a place next door called Gym Source. After lunch we went in and I spotted a machine I liked, called a Hoist V Select 1. I loved how compact it was, and it felt really well made when I ran through a few exercises. Joel Colson, the store manager, was really helpful and there was zero pressure to buy. I took his card and I said we'd take some time to think about it. The next day I called back and was able to purchase the machine right over the phone since I had already been in the store. The Delivery/Setup Crew was terrific -very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Joel also followed up to make sure everything was delivered and set up perfectly, which I appreciated. I also like the fact that they service what they sell. I purchased my Elliptical machine from Sports Authority and they outsource service and repairs. Nice machine, but I don't feel like I've got much recourse should I have problems. If you're seeking gym-quality equipment at home and want to buy from a reputable company, I'd visit Gym Source. I felt the price was reasonable, the service was impeccable, and should I ever have any issues, I believe they'll work with me to make things right. Given the choice, I would purchase again.

Just wanted to get stove gas for my new Coleman stove. Always wanted one cuz its just a lot safer n…read moreeasier to just set n light. Im actually impressed they have them at a woping $1 !! Everybody else is like $10 up on line of 3-7 in some stores. I only bought 2 for now. Still need to test it for later. I been buying my camping kit little by little now that im getting my body back in shape. Want to do some primitive camping but i think ill do the regular one for now until i trust my body to do this in nowhere. Did not know we got camp for free or under 10$ buck a night in primitive camping. Bro i been bummed out for nothing! Got a small mess kit thay will fit a small to medium backpack. Doesnt weight anything. Its perfect. Grabbed a rod holder im just going to tie on a tree or dock. Before leaving i hunted down a new pair of shoes. The mayority i own for adevnture and exploring are too heavy gor my medical nightmare. Francheska was amazing and help me out looking for good deals and perfect shoes. Walked out with a rugged crisscross type. Needed something light, durable and that held my ankle in place. I think they are Cabelas brand ones they were like $35 discounted. Lets say free cuz it finally happened. I used all my member points today lol killed most of my things. Then on the way out i donated to the Boy scouts of America. I was talking with the madam there that its crazy the Girls scouts got like cookies n cakes but the boys got popcorn? It make me crabby! They need jerky and rootbeer! We need like a health brand to make them like protein bars or something like that. Overall i had fun and survived not over buying, they got a crap ton of camping food at buy 2 get 1 free. But i fixed that by buying a dehydrator many years ago. If i had a freeze dryer? I would never need to buy anything in storm season and beyond. Easy camp food: make soups and stews. Then pour into dehydrator or high wall cookie pan and shove in oven as 176-245 degrees. Peel off the dried soup and shove into a zip lock or vacuum seal bag with a humidity packet. U can keep frozen without the packet for long time but these last perfectly for camping. Just add warm water and it rehydrates. Too much work? Then buy the specials its good. They usually 12$+ each bag feeds like two people or give you two meals. Which you can just open and reseal in smaller bags that way they last way longer n you camp longer. I think ill wait for fall to camp i want to take my iesel out and paint the beautiful yellow leaves. Maybe someone will trade me a watercolor for a beer lol
