They are ALWAYS so friendly there and sweet. This has become one of my favorite shops in the area between the adorable items and the amazing employees (hint to their boss if they read this: they may need a raise with this top notch service )!! NORDSTROM RACK From…read morethe scattered reviews I read, I decided to stop at Nordstrom Rack. I was only three miles from their Brandon store and in need of a few men's shirts and dress pants. I was aware that Nordstrom Rack is the off-price retail division of the luxury department store chain, Nordstrom. I went there not expecting Walmart or other merchants prices. I found the men's shirts and pants racks and found several items that were the color and size I was looking for. A shirt that listed at $198.98 was on sale reduced 68% to a mere $74.96. It was a regular long sleeve shirt by Polo, Ralph Lauren. With all due respect to India where the shirt was made, I wondered what costly threads were used to make such a pricey shirt. The same was true of the pants and several other items. Mind you that these items in the off price store were on yet another discounted clearance rack in the store. Nordstrom may want to rethink their sales techniques at their chain of stores before people start realizing it's not a really an off price store.

"Fly clothing" sold me a replica BB belt. And they had it charged MORE than what it was online so I thought I was getting a real BB belt. I didn't really look into BB belts until I got home and I realized my belt was all fake. $280 for a REPLICA bb belt which is $190 for the new one on the official website. So not only are they upcharging you for $22 fakes. They are going for more than what the real ones cost this place is a joke. (Picture proof. The "bb Simon" on the inside of the belt is supposed to be more of a red. There's only one screw at the tip of the belt, there's supposed to be 2. And the crystals on the belt its self are supposed to be professionally glued on and not move. These crystals move ALOT. I make good $ so idc about the loss it's just the principle because I'm already know a bunch of other people bought that too thinking it's real. His attitude and lack of enthusiasm for such an important occasion really ruined the entire experience. Despite the store being nearly empty, he repeatedly walked away to talk with his coworkers instead of helping us. We were looking to purchase six suits, and we could have really used his guidance and input, but it felt like he had absolutely no interest in helping us. We ultimately left empty-handed. Had he shown even the slightest bit of effort or professionalism, we likely would have made a significant purchase today. I believe the employee's name was Richard. He had dreadlocks. Regardless, this experience was extremely disappointing, and we will not be returning.

I was walking in the snack aisle I actually heard something about to fall and I had my hands on my head because I didn't know what was about to happen. The plastic piece in the photo almost fell on me but I moved in time. It was quite scary and the customer service person saw me covering my head and she didn't even say anything. I also told her about this when I was checking out and she didn't seem to care. Nor did she even remove the plastic piece from the floor so that no one would step on it.

On the way to the checkout counter, I couldn't pass up the snack aisle. The Bourbon Elise wafers practically jumped off the shelf and into my hands. There were other Asian snacks that I want to try eventually. I also saw travel items, kitchenware, and slippers. It's almost like a mini branded drug store. But what I love most about shopping at this particular location, is the huge skylight above the main shopping floor. I believe it's a holdover, from when Brandon Exchange first opened in the 90s, and this was a Burdines ("the Florida store"). The natural light is invigorating and inviting. It helps keep the good vibes flowing when you're shopping on a tight deadline or at the end of a long, busy day. This Macy's is on the west side of Brandon Exchange, with plentiful parking right outside. I feel like it's good value for money most of the time. Last time I had to return something, it was an easy process. And I like that there are clerks in each department. I'll always come bank to this store.
