I went to this DSW location looking for boots. I did not find the pair that I was looking for. However, I did find a huge selection of sneakers. Such a weird visit here for my first trip. As I entered the store, someone said hi. When I looked in the direction of the "hi," there were 3-4 employees that were either talking to each other or walking away. None of them made eye contact, which was odd, but yay for greeting the customer. I guess. Walking around was a bit frustrating. Shoes that I wanted to try on were either sold out except for the one shoe that was out for display, or under the stack of the shoe style/color next to it. In some cases, it was a few rows over at the bottom. It made me feel like I was reading a legend. For a size seven in this shoe go down 4 then over 3. I came on a Saturday at 11am and there were only 2 employees. One was running around not friendly at all. I wanted to ask her for help but she acted too busy to greet anyone or look at anyone and would walk away when I would walk up to her. And then there was just a cashier. If you aren't going to help your customers at least put out the wide sized shoes. I could not find any the entire time I was there. But online they advertise having wide and double wide shoes. I wasted gas coming here and my time. I must say though their bathroom is super clean as well as rest of the store. That's the only reason they're getting any stars at all. read more

So I came to this location to do a return. That process was quick and easy. I decided to look around to see if anything caught my eye. I wear a 8- to 8.5-9 depending on the style and width of the shoe. As I'm shopping I noticed a tall heavy set man who I thought was shopping too. Soon after I noticed he would be in the same aisle as me back and forth. I like to cruise up and down the same aisle a couple of times just in case I missed a nice pair of shoes. Mind you there are other customers in the store as well. Normally I pay no attention to store detectives because I can afford what I want. This Magilla Gorilla middle linebacker looking mother fucker has the nerve to be peeking through the racks at me. Mind you I only tried on one shoe. I had on designer wear Nike from head to toe even my fanny-pack was Nike. Now I know wearing designer clothing doesn't make you an honest person but this clown was bad at his job. Some would think he was a creep or pervert if you ask me. As I proceeded to the register to pay for my selection here comes Magilla Gorilla once my sale was completed he had the nerve to look down at my feet to see if I had on the same shoes I came in with. DSW hire someone less conspicuous because he looked like some kind of fool. I'm a DSW VIP member so I spend money in your stores. Usually a good selection when I shop here. The prices are reasonable, but if you see something you like...you had better buy it while it's there. I say that because there's a good chance that it won't be there when you return and you won't find it again. That has happened to me before. There's a nice selection of shoe, But they don't maintain a ton of stuck on them which makes them unique. I recommend joining the rewards program as well. read more

Just left DSW and I'm a little ticked off. I had a coupon for $20 off but you have to spend $49 I only had $44 because of a discount on the shoe. I needed to buy something else. No Problem! I told the sales lady I would grab something from the rack by the register. I move for a few seconds. She begins to ring up another lady. No Problem The lady (customer) also has a coupon and needs an additional item. She holds the sale waits for the lady (customer) to get her item come back and finishes her purchase. PROBLEM!!!! If you can hold the sale for her and make me wait and I was ready to check out she should have done the same for me. You should treat your customers the same!!!!! read more

Terrible customer service. The manager Sammie is extremely rude and unhelpful. I tried to make a return for store credit as a gift and instead of refunding it as a store credit, she refunded it back to my friends bank account. The order was a gift so I specifically told her I didn't want the money back in that account but instead wanted store credit. She told me there was nothing she could do and slammed a shoe box upon exiting. Very unprofessional. read more

Excellent customer service! My mom has dementia and thought the pairs she tried on fit; however, a week later, she tells me they're too small. She had already worn them, but I took them back to the store, and they listened to the story. They took all three pairs back, no problem! I love DSW, because hey have the latest trends at a affordable price. This location is my favorite because they have a great staff, their customer service policy is excellent,very friendly and helpful. Their sales section in the back of the store is amazing and you find super cute shoes at a discounted price. Highly recommended and I will be back as always. read more

Jackie was very helpful in finding footwear I needed and suited my tastes. The worst thing about this store is the entrance. You CANNOT access this from the mall. You have to exit through Dick's Sporting Goods and head to the right where you will find the entrance to DSW. Quite confusing and inconvenient. Overall a large store and good selection for women. Men's area seemed to have a nice size for men shoes, but not nearly as many as the women's. I would recommend. I only gave four stars due to entrance issue. read more

This place is a rip off if I've ever seen one. I ordered a pair of shoes online that I needed by the next day and paid $25 for overnight shipping. The order went through fine.. but I did not receive the shoes for 3 DAYS. I called customer service and was told that I would be refunded the price of shipping. I waited a few days and did not receive a refund. I called AGAIN and was told that I would not receive a refund because the shipping went by business days. This was not stated anywhere when I placed the original order or else I would have never paid the ridiculous price for overnight shipping. BEWARE OF THIS BS COMPANY.
