When I went to return the articles- with tags still on them, along with receipts, I was told that the only thing they could do was give the credit card that is was purchased on the credit. So- instead of my son getting his birthday presents- we walked out with nothing at all, and the credit was returned to my sister and mother instead. My son was very upset. He lost his presents. This is not a good policy at all, and it makes me not want to shop there unfortunately.
