Sasha helped me and she was great, making sure everything worked for my body and my needs. I also brought in my daughter's stuff because we had problems with the boots and bindings (marketplace purchase because we weren't sure she'd stick with it). I expected to have to buy new bindings. They didn't sell me anything that I didn't need and they shared all of their experience to help us solve the problem. I am SO thankful for everything they shared, there is no way we'd have reached that point on our own. We worked with Travis and Matt who were really awesome. I definitely recommend coming here if you have any issues or unique needs, or if you need a new setup or are a beginner. Also, stop in just for your regular stuff! They have a huge selection of all of the layers and accessories. Obviously there are expensive things, but it isn't an uncomfortable sales environment at all.

But they're the only show in town, and what can you do right? Well, today was the last straw. I was literally the only customer in the store. Not only did nobody ask me if I need it any assistance, but while I was browsing in the children's section, one of their technicians walked by me, kicked me in the shins, bumped me into the clothing rack and didn't apologize or say excuse me. He didn't even acknowledge that I was there. It's bad enough that most ski bums are drunk or high while they're working, in addition to being allergic to basic customer service. It's even worse when they assault you while they're ignoring you. I will never, ever ever ever set foot in an Arlberg again.

The salesperson walked us through our results, explaining what it meant in terms of selecting sneakers, and asked what we planned to use the sneaks for, and if we had any brand preferences. (We did not.) We were each brought out 3 pairs of sneakers for us to try on and provide feedback. The funny thing about wearing Ill-fitting sneakers most of one's life is you don't know what good feels like. It took some walking around in the sneaks, trying a few more, conversation, and ultimately just trusting the salespeople know their running shoe (which they clearly do). I ended up choosing the very first pair I tried on, and my son, the third pair. However, if for some reason you get shoes that, after wearing them a bit, just don't feel right, you can bring them back within 30 days and work with the staff to find a shoe that does work, using an exchange or store credit for the return.

(Though, what doesn't, lol) I came in here looking for a shirt that would be flattering, kind of modest and covering my stomach, and make me feel pretty -while being not too flashy. Kind of ridiculously picky, right? Not to these saleswomen! Three of them walked around with me, talked to me, joked with me. They didn't care that I was smelly fresh from the gym or opinionated on everything. In the end I ended up looking at a blue sparkly shirt, unsure how I'd look in it- and a saleswoman came up to me, told me she had it, and told me how she styled it. She helped me pick the right size and made me feel so good about myself, though I'm not a standard "sample size." When I walked in, clearly nervous, the woman folding clothes at the front said, "Come right in. You're in the right place. This is what we are here for!" A+. I know it's salespeople's jobs to be kind and sell stuff, but they went above and beyond with customer experience. They made me feel beautiful when I never do. And not judged. Great experience. Most places have the top and bottom as one size and sold together. Torrid, sells their swimsuits separately, which is a bit more expensive but totally worth it. I ordered online and it was a 40% off sale day. Fantastic! However when it arrived, the top was just a bit too small. I drove out the the Maine mall and asked if they would take an online return. They did, and I got a tip that was 2 sizes bigger. The person at the register seems apprehensive about the online return at first. However once she realized, she was very kind and asked if I wanted to try the new top on. It's a good thing I did, because it was too large. I finally got one that was just the right size. Perfect for me! So I was very happy to have had a great experience and this is my 3rd torrid bathing suit, they really are very nice for the big ladies. I was stressed out because my phone was almost dead (I don't get good reception in Maine and it was eating up my battery, but I needed to use the GPS to figure out where we were going. Plus my iphone is just old and doesn't hold a charge well anymore) and the guy working there offered to let me use his iphone charger and moved a bunch of stuff around and climbed under a table to plug it in. He definitely went above and beyond! He was so friendly and helpful the entire time, offering to grab whatever we wanted from back, basically bending over backward to make sure we had a good experience. He gave my mom a great discount so she ended up three pairs of shoes from him and was VERY happy. I found a great pair of men's shoes I wanted and the helpful sales explained how to convert women's shoes sizes to men's sizes. I was worried I'd get weird looks for buying men's shoes (since I present as female I sometimes sale people can be rude about me buying men's clothing), but he was totally chill about it, and assured me it happened all the time and I shouldn't feel awkward. We chatted about our pet cats while my mom shopped and it was honestly the best shoe buying experience I've ever had. A+ customer service!

It took five (5) calls over two week period to speak to a person. I left messages telling them I wanted to place an order - never received a call back. When I finally did speak to Robert (7/7), he took my order and his confirmation email stated "I will monitor the status of your order and send you an update as soon as I have one. I would anticipate at least 2 weeks but may get it sooner!" By the end of the month, I hadn't heard anything from Agren, so I called again. Robert told me he would never have given me a delivery date and that my order hadn't arrived. Said he would check on it and call with an update. Crickets. Three weeks later, I called again and spoke to Kevin, who told me my order had arrived "a few days ago" and scheduled a delivery date. Robert called a few days later to say he saw I spoke with Kevin and had scheduled delivery. Totally unnecessary call to my mind other than him letting me know that the fridge had "just arrived" so it wasn't his fault he hadn't called me. The delivery guys were great, and I do love my fridge, but my interactions with Robert and the lack of response from Agren sales made me feel like my business wasn't important to them, so I will shop elsewhere in the future.
