Julia and Emma were working (with one other person), and I told them my plight. I had 20 minutes to find an outfit. They jumped right in to help me find jeans that fit just right in a light denim color, a warm-ish sweater in warm beige tones, and THE PERFECT congac wide heeled leather boots in just my size! My mom had already gone in with a friend a week prior, and Monroe helped her into DOZENS of dresses that were suited to my mom - and getting her into any dress is hard...the owner is just so good with people! My mom is not a girly woman at all, and she rarely wears dresses or anything like this, but Monroe quickly figured out my mom's preferences and showed her dresses that really flattered her figure.
