Your market is clearly for 20 & under and are not inclusive to the plus size market. I came in to try to sell items that were plus size and or on the bigger size in addition to shoes that were barely worn and some not even worn with tags on it.. All of my mothers clothing and my shoes. Converse, Cole Haan, Steven Madden, Valentino and heels. Tommy Hilfigure Jumpers, Jeans, dresses, etc.. This location took NONE OF IT!!! Everything was so comically out of place. The dividers with the sizes were merely a suggestion. I don't usually go out of my way to give a bad review, but I've had several experiences with the staff being so rude and dismissive here. I thought I would give it one more go, and brought in a couple of bags of clothes for resell. I don't expect much in compensation, but I would say I brought in 50% brand new items with tags from well-known name brands, they didn't take a single item and gave me back my bags with ribs in it so it was so hard to carry back out. I shop and sell clothes ideally at Uptown cheapskate But they had a full load so stoped to see what Plato's would offer .the kids in there were eating behind the counter was rude when we walked in like it was too much to ask for them to do there job .. , there was like 5 behind the counter discussing personal issues . just me and my boyfriend dropped off two bags and one box of clothes and shoes. We had looked around the store and as I was looking around the front, we noticed that they started going through her stuff we had left to go get something to eat to come back and within five minutes of leaving the parking lot, we got a notification that they were done with our clothes. we came back and they said that our clothes were not in the style that they would've liked and not good for their store. We had looked through the stuff we noticed that nothing was looked through and everything was not touched in the box in the bags that we had brought in. I would not recommend coming to this place. I can't believe what I saw today. I went in to look around and I came across the "Amber's Closet" rack they have which I assume is some local Instagram influencer or someone important. And for a THRIFT/CONSIGNMENT store the prices are outrageous!! Tell me how they have items as low as $8 then I go to the Amber's closet area and now it's $60 pants, $150 suede vest and $100 Kate Spade dress?! THIS IS USED CLOTHES?! If I wanted to pay that I'd go to the regular store and buy it new. Unbelievable. Last I tried to sell they offered me $2 for shoes and $1 for a shirt how much does "Amber" get when they buy her items??? I wonder. The close is overpriced and some are outworn and outdated(stuff you can find at Goodwill). The staff is rude and lack customer service skills and manners. They all stand behind the counter and talk about their personal lives while customers are waiting for somebody to let them in the dressing room. Their gift card machine has been down for sometime now and the owner has yet to fix it. He should at least post a sign saying he will not be accepting gift cards until he gets it fixed. Have not given a review on Yelp in a year. But it is time as this place needs some help and I hope my review does help. I would assume it's so disheveled because there's young teenagers working here with no worth ethic or eye for cleanliness. There is lint and strings of thread and bits of trash and even clothing underneath all of the racks, the carpet is dark and obviously has not been vacuumed in a month I would guess. In every section all of the clothing is out of size order, I even found women's shoes in the men's section and Women's tops completely mixed up in size. I was in-and-out in 10 minutes as their store was not tasteful. On the plus side, it did not smell like used clothing but quite a few bits of clothing were completely worn in .....bathing suits having pills on the bottom seat area of the bathing suit as well as lots of shirts having threads hanging off. If you like cheap, junkie clothes that are not well taken care of and there's no method to the store, then you will not have a problem with this place. However it is very very dirty and it's poorly run obviously. Eg, I wasn't greeted when I walked in so in Gilbert, n up a coming town I felt like a nobody milling around. Hard PASS!!! read more

Overall, not a fantastic experience by any means. Store has many small and non descriptive signs in the window. Product is packed in pretty well but all huge H racks makes for little treasure hunting! Location would benefit from feature fixtures in the window to enhance labels, holiday garb, or smaller categories, I.e.hats, slippers, etc. Staff is very young and inexperienced and loud talking could be heard from the back room on the floor. If you want to completely waste your time. Come here! Brought in brand new clothes with tags ATTACHED. Two storage bags full, of all sizes, brand names including LuluLemon, Gianni Bini, etc. Shopped around while I waited. It took them 3 minutes to go through over 250+ items, suspicious. I started watching her, she was just throwing them back in the bag & wasn't even looking through them. As I shopped, there was nothing but stained, and holes in all the clothing on the racks, I promise you, you can find better things at Goodwill. They offered me $16 for $100 pants (2 pairs) with tags attached, and a new pair of LuluLemon Leggings (new as well), honestly that's quite hilarious. Do these girls know what they are doing other than being rude? You could clearly see her talking badly about everyone's clothing she was going through, laughing at items, etc. This was the MOST uncomfortable place I have ever been in, I was warned before I came here, & those warnings were completely TRUE. An HONEST WASTE OF TIME. I will take my business elsewhere, these girls need training, & a new attitude. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews! I've been coming here to sell clothes I don't wear anymore for I believe 2 years now. You have to remember that this place isn't like selling to a person on eBay, they have to make a profit too. They aren't going to give you $50 for your brand new jeans, you'll prob get $10. I take all my clothes here first to make some money, or trade them for something then donate the rest to goodwill! I've never had a negative experience with the employees. The girls usually are either very friendly or just mediocre (still polite), NEVER rude though. Yes, some stuff can be a little more dated, but it's the same as a thrift store would be.
