I had a great experience with them cleaning my house. I have luxury vinyl floors (LVP) that were very dirty because they are textured and the dirt would get stuck in the texture. I was so surprised how clean they got! They look new again. I also had my large sofa and ottoman cleaned. As well as my outdoor furniture. Honestly, I was very pleased with how everything turned out. I definitely think it's a treat to come home to a clean house with nice clean furniture... especially after living with two dogs. Pricing was great. Service was great. Will book again. read more

Read my review via the screenshot. I've given them plenty of time to respond and I've heard nothing! They ruined my stairs! Edit - this is to respond.to your reply Michael... The BEDROOM had cat urine. I'm not talking about the bedroom. I AM TALKING ABOUT THE STAIRS and you know it. You have IGNORED my texts and phone call. Pictures of the carpet do nothing. Can you smell a photo? Can you feel the carpet through a photo? The stairs were wet for 6 days! I gave you ample time to respond to my messages and you never replied so here we are. read more

I had them come and clean my tiles and they took my grout from black, greasy, nastiness and restored it to its original beige. It was a miracle! They were fast, professional, super sweet and really addressed all my concerns. My satisfaction was really their goal, going over the tough areas multiple times till desired results were reached. I'm definitely keeping them in my phone book for next time. read more

Platinum Steamers - Beautiful shinny clean grout! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

Been wanting to get my rugs cleaned for a while and so I checked the review of Platinum steamers and convinced to fry them out. Was very impressed with how fast they communicate. The technician (Paul) arrived on time which says a lot. He was super friendly and answered my questions prior to the cleaning. Once all done I was happy and satisfied with his work. The rugs came out very clean and fresh (didn't know how dirty they were!) They also did steam clean my couch and that too came out as if I just bright it from the store. Thanks Platinum. Y'all did an amazing job and worth the price! Now thinking of hiring them for tile cleaning! Next time I'll take some pre-clean pictures. For now, just trust that these guys know how to do their job. read more

I messaged them on instagram after seeing their ad. I sent them 3 pictures and we agreed to $130 for steam cleaning a three piece set. The tech came out and said it only had 2 pieces on the work order and it would be $30 more for the single chair. I told him to leave. They are scammers. I wanted to point out as well that the tech stood there staring when he showed up and was like there was only two pieces on the work order. The owner lied multiple times instead of just apologizing stating he didn't see the full couch in the pictures. I asked him to explain how the work order had a love seat and full couch on the work order. His response was to state that the extra chair would be $40 not $30. Whatever you do I recommend going somewhere more honest. read more

Amazing service. Paul was great and quick with the work. I would definitely be calling them again.

Wish I was able to take before and after pics, but I have nothing but good things to say. They left my carpet and rugs so clean. I would recommend to anyone that needs a good carpet clean. read more

Platinum Steamers - You can see the difference, I can't believe it was that dirty - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

This company came in & saved the day! Michael at Platinum Seamers provided such great customer service, was responsive and reliable & their prices are very affordable as well. I had another company, I think they were called the green company or some thing, scheduled five days ago. I sent them a video of the furniture that I needed them to clean and was completely transparent. Long story short they forgot about our appointment and when they showed up the next day, the worker showed up in a Prius (not sure anything in that vehicle was gonna be able to clean my furniture) saw the couch & his boss told the worker to just leave the job. No explanation. We are so grateful that they screwed up because Platinum Steamers came in and did a stellar job. The technician, Paul, was so sweet and helpful and did such a great job! Thank you Platinum Steamers I will recommend you every single day! read more

This is the best carpet cleaning company that I have ever used. Their prices are really good compared to the rest of the companies out there. I've used two other companies in the past, I was charged more and those two companies didn't do a good job at all.. read more

I needed a carpet cleaner ASAP since I was moving in within the week and they responded really fast. They were able to do it within that same week! (I contacted them July 30 and was able to book them on Aug 2. They have great customer service as well and gave good quotes with a reasonable price. The stairs were the ones that needed the most work, the before and after is a night and day difference. I was thoroughly impressed and will gladly book them for any future carpet cleaning needed. Paul was very nice too, he was the carpet cleaner who came and got the job done in less than an hour! read more

Platinum Steamers - Bussiness card - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

Don't waste your money! 1) I scheduled carpet cleaning with them then received a message that they wanted to change the time. Ok, but I can't be available until after 2pm. I was told the tech would text when he was on the way. The tech called me at 12:38 from my driveway. We had to leave the event we were attending to meet him 2) The tech had a teenage boy with him, who at one point walked into a part of the house they weren't cleaning, just to look around! Creepy!! 3) The carpet was soaked after they were done and wasn't dry 8 hours later when we went to bed 4) There is a sticky residue on the carpet, so it will get soiled again very quickly read more
