Tim was the first one to respond and he came super quickly and gave me a very reasonable quote right from the start. I got to compare his quote with various others and he had the best rate. I could also tell that I can trust him because he was very upfront with everything he said he wanted to do and could do and he answered all the questions I had. He has lived up to that promise and more this whole time. Professionalism and dedication to work: from the little that I know about biweekly yard maintenance I feel like most landscapers come out for an hour or two for the quoted price. However, Tim has worked in our yard for sometimes over three hours because he is dedicated to getting the job done and making sure the yard looks great. He cares very much about the work that he does and that's why he stays until the job is done. Odds & Ends: we had two dead trees in the yard that had to be cut down, and Tim took it upon himself to find an excellent arborist that he knew of that would give us a good price and do excellent work. We also got other quotes and indeed found that Tim's recommendation was the best. If that wasn't enough, Tim noticed that we had some potentially broken fences and as predicted the fence fell down a few days later with a giant gust of wind. Tim offered to fix the fence with a very reasonable price. I cannot recommend Tim enough because I admire his work ethic and his commitment to getting the job done. Usually I try to work with businesses that have lots of good reviews already but they all had to start somewhere so I thank my lucky stars that I became one of his first customers and got in on the ground floor!

When the work started to clear everything out, we found out we had to much water in that area that would fill overnight and that was without raining. Jesse was back here again talking to us about the plan and explaining everything in details like how it would hurt stability of the building in the future if we do not deal with water issues. He wasn't forcing sale onto us and let us decide what we wanted to do. We ended up going with a lot of work done like filling in with larger rock, building retaining walls, and creating the french drain to let excess water drain into a ditch. Everything turned out to be perfect. They even helped us put in and cap future waste and water pipes. It was a lot more cost than we expected but given how much in touch Jesse keeps with his customers and explains everything and so are his employees too I can't say anything but the good. My experience has taught me that one of the keys to a good contractor is their ability to find and keep good subcontractors. Almost all of the subcontractors that worked on our remodel were top-notch. In any remodel, issues arise that complicate the work, especially those that involve more than one trade. We had several significant ones. We worked with Liran to insure that good decisions were made to resolve them including allowing me to work on the remodel to insure that the project wasn't unduly delayed. It is very important to Liran to make sure that his clients are happy. For example, we liked the LVT installation in our kitchen so much that we decided we wanted to replace carpet in a 'hub' area. Liran included the installation at no cost to us.
